NEWLY Re-LISTED Mountain/Lake House: Enjoy All-Year Round in Our Family Home

This house was fantastic and had so much to offer in addition to being so close to Big Boulder Ski Resort! 5 full bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms (big soaking tub in primary en suite), two tv/living room spaces, big kitchen, multiple seating areas for eating; big dining table (that we got 10 nearly full grown people around ... it was definitely cozy, but we all fit!) a cafe table that could seat 4, 3 stools at the island, plus a big card table in the living room that seats 6. The fire place really kicks out a lot of heat! There are some fun and interesting games in the coffee table. Roku streaming devices ... I think 4 TVs total ... laundry ... foos ball & air hockey tables ... Nice outdoor deck with more seating/eating spaces and a big gas grill. Good proximity to grocery, markets, restaurants, off-resort rental gear, etc. 15 minute drive to Jack Frost ski resort, but walking distance to the lifts at Big Boulder, where the night skiing is! I say walking distance because while you might not want to do it in ski boots or carrying all of your ski, it is definitely close enough for a brisk walk in the morning, an afternoon exploration, hike or jog around the lake. It's a beautiful and scenic area with much to do and experience. We had 2 Families: 3 (Parents) Adults, 2 College students, 3 High School students and 2 Middle School students, and there were beds to spare, plenty of space to spread out and for all have the best time. We all agreed it would also be fun to return in the summer to see what it's like then. It's a great, year-round resort and a fantastic house. The icing on the cake was the owner, Pankaj. He was very responsive to all of my questions leading up to our stay and available throughout as well. It was a pleasure renting his well maintained house. 5 Stars! Highly Recommend! :)

The house was really clean and spacious! Host was really easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again! Recommend getting a weekend pass to Big Boulder lake club we had a blast only a 5min drive.

Clean, well organized home with great sleeping options for a family. 15 minutes to white water rafting, 30 minutes to camelback activities, 45 to blue mountain resort. Nice neighborhood!

Our family loved our experience at this beautiful home. Home was located in quiet community that has access to the private lake front beach and club. Th house is very spacious and has all that you need. There were plenty of bedrooms and the beds were comfortable. The description on VRBO is accurate and the owner was super easy to work with. Would recommend the house for families looking for a relaxing vacation.

A wonderful time celebrating my brothers 50th birthday with family! Great communication with owner and loved the layout of the house. Very convenient access to Big Boulder Lake w/ restaurant, pool and activities, as well as many hiking trails very close by. Looking forward to staying again in the future.

Very welcoming, clean house with all the amenities. Owner was always available for all of our questions and concerns. Great location to enjoy your vacation. Specious to stay comfortably while enjoying the company. We will definitely return back with the family to enjoy this amazing house.
