Newly Constructed Home in Downtown Corvallis, Close to OSU

This place is brand new and incredibly clean - it even smells new! Plenty of room for four of us and close to everything. We walked to downtown, walked to OSU campus, walked to restaurants, etc.

An amazing place, close to restaurants and bars, the Saturday Market, the river and more. The house was immaculate and so comfortable for our group. Highly recommended!

This home exceeded our expectations. It is beautiful, spacious, very clean and close to everything in Corvallis. Beverly was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend this home to anyone and will definitely stay here again whenever we are in Corvallis:)

Beverly went above and beyond for our week long stay. We had a delivery of 6 large boxes that had important medical supplies and she moved them into the house before our arrival. The home is beautiful and immaculately clean. The location was perfect to access the OSU campus and the town of Corvallis. We look forward to future stays here for sure.

This is a wonderfully appointed house and Beverly and is an amazing host! Everything in the home is new and clean and it is walking distance to both campus and downtown.

The property was as advertised, spacious, very clean, had everything we needed. Its location could not have been better, within walking distance to Central Park, the Arts Center, and downtown restaurants. Beverly, our host, was very generous, friendly, and informative. And the Corvallis weather was wonderful.

This is a beautiful home in a quaint neighborhood walking distance to restaurants and campus. We were in town touring OSU with our two teenage boys. The house is cozy but plentiful. With just the four of us, we had more than enough room. We were greeted one evening by deer sitting across our driveway laying in the neighbors side yard. So darling! The house had everything we needed for a long weekend. It was impeccable! Extremely clean and well kept. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the toiletries that were provided. If we find ourselves in Corvallis again perhaps with and OSU student or otherwise, we will definitely book here again.

We are repeat renters. This house is always our first choice when visiting Corvallis. Beverly is so accommodating & easy to work with.

What a wonderful property and property manager. We stayed for a long weekend while visiting our son at OSU and could not have been happier w our stay. Everything was excellent...the communication w the property manager, the bedrooms, the kitchen, the furnishings and everything was immaculate! Thank you again and we look forward to booking again during our next visit.
