You will find this beautiful tiny house by the stream, where every detail has been created by a carpenter with an eye for space optimization. The sliding door opens onto the terrace, creating a single continuous space between indoors and outdoors in the summer. From here, there is a view of the stream, where herons and ducks are daily visitors, and with a little luck, you may spot a kingfisher.

The interior is functional and modern with a focus on making optimal use of the space. The many well-thought-out details make the house a place where everything has its place and where you can quickly relax.

Outside, there are two nice terraces where you can almost always find shelter. There is room for both morning and evening sun, so you can follow the light of day from start to finish.

The vacation home area is close to a small marina that buzzes with life in the summer. During the summer months, you have access to a bathing jetty owned by the homeowners' association and a communal playground. Walk 4 km along the beach and through the forest to a seafood restaurant, or visit the ice cream parlor nearby.
