Welcome to Shorely Goodness, a beautiful 3BDR, 2.5BA beach home! Shorely Goodness is located in the Mercer Village community on Oleander, which is 1 block west of Alister St. This community, newly built in 2021, is located in the heart of Old Town Port A, walkable to the best eateries, shopping, and nightlife the island has to offer. Enjoy a sparkling community pool, and the beach less than a 5-minute drive away!

As you arrive at your getaway, the front porch welcomes you to relax andfeel the island sea breeze. Enter into a spacious living room with a large TV and comfy couch and seating. The open concept floor plan features a spacious dining area and fully equipped kitchen with an island. This area is perfect for entertaining, enjoying meals together, and planning your beach day ahead! The main floor also has a half bathroom and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer for added convenience.

Head upstairs to 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The primary bedroom boasts a king bed with an ensuite bathroom, and the second bedroom offers a queen bed. The bunk room sleeps 6, with two twin-over-twin bunk beds and two twin trundles. This family-friendly layout ensures a restful retreat for everyone.

- Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time.
- Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks.
- This home allows up to 2 dogs for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

    Absolute great stay! Communicatin with manager was amazing and the house is perfect for a stay. Very close to all the shops, groceries, and restaurants (try Lelo's!) and the beach. Will definitely come back.

    House was nice, clean, and great location but no comfortable living room seating for more than five people. Living room furniture not very comfy and limited. Few kitchen amenities, if you plan to cook, bring your own cookware and accessories.This house only comfortably sleep 6 adults and 4 children. Would not recommend for more than 6 adults.Nice welcome set up and all the neighbors were kind.

    The house is very nice! The only issue we had was the The kitchen utensils and the pots and pans to cook with needs to be updated. Very hard to cook with. also, the outside porch lighting is very bad and the front door lax, a blind or something to cover up for your protection and security and privacy

    The overall property was cute and quaint but our house wasn’t very clean upon arrival and really needs some TLC and some much needed updates The swimming area was tiny and didn’t have any lounge chairs for tanning

    Very clean house, comfy beds, and good location. We were just a quick cart ride to the beach, and any restaurant. Quiet neighborhood. Check-in was easy, and communication was simple and quick.
