Newly Built, Furnished, Modern Home w/ Pool!

We were notified the day before that the cleaning crew would be late cleaning and we would have to wait three hours later to check in. That was not ideal since we had a toddler and he was tired of traveling. I did agree to make it work. When we arrived at the house, we sat outside in the heat trying to figure how to get in the house. I got in touch with host and he said he thought he sent the instructions. He had not. I asked for a way to get inside and he gave me the directions. He then sent me the house rules. One of the rules was to not wear shoes in the house, which was fine. After 30 minutes of walking in the house, my grandson’s feet were absolutely black from the dirty floors. We all checked our feet and they were all filthy from the dirty floors. I reached out to the host along with a photo of my grandson’s feet and he said it was completely unacceptable and would let the cleaning crew know this. There wasn’t anything to clean the floors with at the house - only a dry Swifter. I purchased a bucket, mop and cleaner. I spent the next day mopping the floors 3 times. The water was absolutely black and I had to dump the water 3 times for each time I mopped. In my opinion that floor had not been mopped in quite a long time. I requested the host reimburse me for purchased items as well as time for mopping since we paid a cleaning deposit. He said that I should have requested his cleaners return and mop it. They already delayed us 3 hours and still dirty!

Lovely home

The house is very large. Nice for a family to spread out, comfortably. I would have liked the backyard area to be more appealing. There is only a small light, which makes the pool unusable after dark. I would have also liked to see a table to eat outside or sit at while kids are in the pool. There was a couple of outdoor chairs. But not enough for everyone staying at the house to sit outside together. Host is attentive. Responded to all questions quickly. All in all, this is a nice property. I would stay again.

Large 3 bedroom house, very comfortable beds, nice pool, close to a Walmart if you need to grocery shop ! We had a wedding in Peoria and the location of the house was only 10 minutes! Host very easy to communicate with

The pool was clean and enjoyable. It was a bit cold but it was a nice size and my disabled mom was able to use it

We stayed here for a few nights and had a great time! The home was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. We were close to grocery stores, other shopping, and State Farm Stadium. Check in was easy, and the property manager was very responsive and great to work with! We didn't use the pool, but it was beautiful! We definitely recommend this property.

We were impressed with the property, we used the pool daily! It was 105 all weekend.So much space in the home. A fully usable kitchen. We used the stove twice and coffee maker every morning. The refrigerator does not seem to.make ice but stores it well enough.A quiet neighborhood with agood shareon on street parkers around this property so planning on 2cars to use the driveway is a winnIng move. (We had only 1).Communication with the owner was typically good. The late checkin details is the nature of the beast because people suck and will show up early. I was a little.l put out at what was, for us, late checkout details. We had early flights and it seems this could come with the check in detail coupled with a reminder, if necessary.Overall a very comfortable a fairly luxe stay.

Very nice stay. Roomy, clean house. Host was responsive to questions. Overall it met our needs and expectations.

Nice clean place. Pros: clean, quiet, modern appliances, tvs in every roomCons: no access to garage, had 4 vehicles, street parking was somewhat crowded no trash bags, no toilet paper, smoke detectors hanging from ceiling, one started beeping so i had to disconnect it. ice machine on fridge doesn't make ice, middle barstool leg fell off.

Great house for a home base when visiting. Plenty of room and good layout. All the amenities you need are right there.

The host was very responsive to any questions. The pool is well kept amd a perfect addition to the home. The bedrooms and bathrooms fit our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teenager) very well. I would stay here again.

Neighborhood was quiet, but location was in the outskirts of the central city. House was clean Communication between the renter and the owner could be improved. It would have been helpful to have the check-in instructions on the day before arrival instead of 20 minutes before check-in time. Host did respond quickly to my questions.

Clean. Need more essential utilities (e.g. hand soap, dishwasher soap, glass wear, etc.).

We had a great time visiting AZ and this house was amazing! Lots of room to spread out and the pool was great! We do with there would have been more pool floaties so we wouldn’t have had to spend money for just a few days. We did end up leaving the ones we bought at the home so hopefully others can get use from them! We also thought it was odd there was not toilet products in the house. I guess I was unaware we had to supply that out selfs, which was a bummer having to purchase that as well when we were only there such a short time. But overall it was a great time and house and I would rent here again!

This was one of the best VRBOs we have stayed at. It was so clean and the pool was also very clean. We were there 5 days and had everything we needed. Tons of room for everyone and multiple hang out spots so you don’t feel crowded. The neighborhood was super quiet and easy to get to. Next time we’re in the town this is where we are staying! The house was the correct/comfortable size for our family of 6. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The number of plates/glasses/cups/silverware was minimal. The pots and pans were not clean and were poor quality.

Everything was absolutely perfect. My only complaints was the master bed was a bit uncomfortable but was manageable, the toaster did not work unless u stood beside it and held the leaver down, and I prefer to make coffee with the kuerig pod system rather then drip coffee. Otherwise the property and host was absolutely perfect and clean!

Our family truly had a wonderful stay. The house looked just as advertised, the home was clean, well furnished including tv’s in every bedroom . The pool was clean, and we all enjoyed it daily. We were able to find local stores and restaurants very easily. The time from the airport was reasonable and to Arizona State University was also reasonable.

Rooms are large. Bathrooms nice. Perfect for a home base to visit family in AZ.
