Stayed Jan 6, 2026The agent was quite rude when we reported an issue with the toilet which wasn't filling the ball. We said it may have been our kids that switched a power point, but it wasn't as we turned it back on. He kept saying it need to check if the kids broken it, after we just checked in. I felt very threatened. Half of the stay we couldnt use one of the toilets.
