The house is beautiful and very comfortable. The area nearby has great dining too. If you have a large group this is a great place to stay

We booked on last minute notice and the property owner couldn't have been more accommodation. The place worked well with multiple families staying there. Everything you could need was within walking distance.

Our group of age 50+ women had a wonderful stay here. Eric was easy to reach and communicate both ahead of and during our stay. Each of the 4 bedrooms has two beds in it which makes for easy bunking together. With the eat in kitchen, dining room, sitting room and lovely back yard/patio there were multiple places to gather and hang out. Additional touches like plenty of coffee pods, creamers, and a nice bottle of wine only added to our stay. The neighborhood is super fun and lively, and easy to walk to fun bars and restaurants. We would definitely come back again! There are two steep sets of stairs; they were fine for us, but anyone who has trouble with that sort of thing should be aware.

Loved that they had a backyard space and ping pong table

This large, well-equipped property right in the heart of a vibrant neighborhood was perfect for our group of adult family members. The garage and parking spot were particularly helpful because of the lack of parking virtually anywhere in San Francisco. The house has a lot of charm, and every item (from personal care to books and games) one could possibly need on vacation is there. The homeowners were amazing, and even arranged to have a package brought inside for us that arrived before we did. That's customer service at it's best. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again.

Perfect for our large family. Great backyard, spacious. rooms and terrific location. Walking distance from Whole Foods, bars, restaurants.

The owners were warm, friendly and communicative before our arrival. We highly recommend this property, but have two suggestions. 1. The house sleeps 12, but there are very few towels available. This is an easy fix. 2. We were unable to reach the owners when we had an emergency. (We were locked out, which in this house is easy to do!) we had thee emergency numbers, and an email, but there was no pick up on any. We ended up going to a neighbor who contacted the owner for us. Again, this is an easy fix. Please supply an emergency number that will be answered! Overall, we highly recommend! Just making these suggestions

Location was great! Quick walk to many restaurant options and public transit. Twenty minute walk to Painted Ladies, shops on Valencia, and Dolores Park. The home itself was very comfy and spacious. Plenty of room for our group. Kids enjoyed the backyard. I would stay here again. *Note: Bring your own toiletries.

This was the perfect home for our 3-generation, 3-day wedding celebration in the city. The home is spacious with 4 comfortable bedrooms + 3.5 baths and lots of living and yard space to spread out. We were walking distance to the bride and groom's home and close to parks for the kids. We hosted dinner one night with take-out paella (seafood + extra seafood) from Canela's, just a few minutes walk away. The meal was a highlight. We hope to create another occasion to have an excuse to stay here again!
