Centrally located in the Florida Keys in Marathon short drive from the beautiful Sombrero Beach or spend a day in Key West or the Dry Tortugas only a hour drive away! This home is conveniently located close to several great restaurants and local bars and plenty of shopping options. We give great recommendations in our home welcome book!

Hopping aboard a charter is easy, and so is renting a boat for the day or your entire trip! launching your own boat in the water from one of the ramps and docking at the home, or catching a snorkeling or SCUBA Diving tour and Bahia Honda State Park. Close to the 7Mile Bridge. Be sure to be on the lookout for playful dolphins and the beautiful Florida sunsets! Take some time at the Turtle Hospital or the interactive Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters all very close to the home!

We are minutes from the Marathon Airport. We are 2 hours from Miami airport, about 2 1/2 hours from Fort Lauderdale Airport and about 1 hour from Key West Airport.

You will have private access to the entire home, boat dock slip, hot tub, grill, and amenities throughout your stay. The community pool, dock, kayak launch, and common areas are shared exclusively with owners and guests of this small community. The code to the house will be provided prior to check in to allow a seamless check in process.

- There are multiple kayaks available for your use but they are shared by the small community of 7 homes.
- The dock is shared by the small community but each house has its private boat slip for its own use. Accommodates typically 36' boat.
- The hot tub, bait freezer, grill, and outdoor fridge are private for our guests!
- The pool is shared by the 7 houses in the community.
- There is a cornhole area and game shared by the community.
- Damage Waiver included for peace of mind during your stay!
- Please only park your trailer under the house. Leave the driveway clear and do not park in shared areas.
- This is a pet free home
- We ask that each guest complete a rental agreement and provide a valid government issued ID prior to your stay.

Driving around town is easy. Uber and Lyft also operate in Marathon. There is a bus that drives between Marathon and Key West as well!
