Everything inside and out has been well thought out and suited for families!

Outside two decks span almost 2000’ with plenty of room for large families. Property sits on the main form of the river! Enjoy the sounds of nature and flow of the River year around.

Sleep on some of the best pillows! All our pillows are bamboo which provides the best support and you really feel like you’re sleeping on a cloud! Mattresses in masters are gel infused memory foam. Queen mattresses are either memory foam or hybrid mattresses to provide the best nights sleep on vacation!

Main deck off house has propane BBQ ready for guest use, custom handmade wood patio table and bench allow for plenty of seating. There is also a bar stand and gorgeous oversized hot tub that overlooks the River. Hot tub has a luxurious bench seat to lay and enjoy the stars and hear the river. Tub fits eight people comfortably.

Side deck has spacious gazebo with two couches and two chairs, and propane fire pit with additional seating to enjoy evening nights under the stars. Bring your s’mores and enjoy!

Venture out into the river water pools closest to the house or walk onto the island that leads you to the other side of the river. We have a nice sandy beach area for you to sit and relax by the water’s edge. There’s plenty of nature to enjoy!

Games outside include corn hole, axe throw and oversized connect four.

From August through rain season, Lake Kaweah has minimum water pool. Lake levels rise when the rain and run off from snow pack comes. This means there is still water in the lake for boaters and swimmers, however not as much as a normal season provides. This ALSO means there is minimal water that runs along the back of the property. As the summer progresses and snow pack melts river levels by the house decrease to minimal levels. Closest to the house the river goes DRY (on a typical rain year this occurs in July) however water flows throughout the year over the island so there’s still plenty of water to enjoy!

Unless otherwise agreed upon with owner, normal check in time is 3:30pm on your arrival date, and check out time is 10:30am on the day of your departure.

Visit Sequoia National Park - California's first national park and America's second oldest park. Visit the General Sherman Tree, the earth's largest living tree. Take a walk through Giant Forest and hike up Moro Rock. Take a tour of Crystal Cave (open May-September) and see almost 250 caves formed of limestone.

**Please note: ABSOLUTELY no pets or smoking! Please be respectful of this for the health of our guests.**

*Holiday’s require a three night minimum stay.

While we have strived to make our home as comfortable as possible for you, please do keep in mind that we are in a rustic, Mountain area. We experience hot, dry summers and from time to time also have critters small and large that are on, around and in the property. We do our very best to keep them outside however again you are in a mountain area where these critters lived long before we did. We are using their land and see it as a prime opportunity to know what exists, lives and flourishes here in the mountains.

We do offer a Wi-Fi (however sometimes we feel like pulling our hair out with it) we hope that you will understand again we are in the mountains and have the best service that is offered to us (which is very limited). If there is a period of downtime or the Wi-Fi may not be working to your expectations, we encourage you to take a step outside and enjoy nature. Let your mind relax and try again later!

Dena’s home was the perfect place for our family vacation. It is very attractive, clean, comfortable, and fully equipped in a beautiful and serene setting. Our whole family enjoyed the hot tub and the outdoor games on the large balcony and our grandson especially enjoyed the video games in the upstairs loft. The house is also well located and is a short drive to the entrance to Sequoia National Park and local restaurants and shops. We will certainly recommend this property to our friends.

Amazing location to Sequoia National Park! The sound of the river is peaceful. Unfortunately there were a few items the owner needs to address to make the accommodations reflect the pricing. We could not use patio due to it not having a cover. The furniture is exposed to nature. Birds, insects, rain aka mold growing, pollen etc. The furniture should be covered when not in use. It does not appear to have ever been cleaned. The camp chairs are filthy and the last thing one wants to do after hiking and exploring all day is scrub down patio chairs to enjoy the fire pit. Some of the plastic chairs are worn and cracked. The grounds need a little tlc. The jacuzzi works but it is old and the condition reflects that. One headrest is missing and the outside paneling is coming off. The grill is very was dirty. I would use caution cooking meat at a high temperature for risk of a fire. I didnt see a fire hydrant anywhere for safety. The interior floors are very filthy. There are spider webs and dead bugs in varies places in the house. The fireplace wasn't working. One of the kitchen front pilots did not work and the oven with the range caught fire when we preheated it. Ants crawled on us the first night when sitting on the couch. The master shower drains slow. The coffee maker leaked at the bottom. All items were mentioned to owner who did not respond at first but had a new coffee maker and ant gel delivered as her response. She should have waived the cleaning fee at the minimum.

The house is very clean and spacious with beautiful views, but the back patio had pollen all over the deck and furniture. It would be nice if the patio furniture would have been cleared of the polllen and leaves. The driveway also needs to be redone.

Property was easy to access. Interior finishes were very nice. Kitchen was well stocked. Hot tub was perfect. The only thing that needs to be remedied is that the bed in the master bedroom squeaked terribly.

This riverfront home was perfect for our 3-night visit to Sequoia and Kings Canyon park. We enjoyed sitting on the deck listening to the river, soaking in the hot tub, and making breakfast in the well stocked kitchen. Communication with Dena was perfect, responses to our questions came instantly. We would definitely stay here again!

This place is so beautiful inside. Everything has been updated and is very very nice. It was not far from the gate of the Sequoia’s and the weather was perfect while we were there. Three Rivers is a beautiful community and everyone is so so nice.

I won't lie- driving to this place I was a little worried. But as soon as we opened the door, I knew we made the right choice. This home was beautiful. Lots of amenities. The river is the backyard. Every morning my little girl was so excited to see what animal had left tracks outside overnight. Sleeping to the sounds of the river right outside your door was an amazing experience. I would recommend this place to anybody looking. My only comment it to make sure you have a vehicle with a little clearance. It is a pretty bumpy road getting to the house. Also, make sure you arrive in daylight. At night it is pitch black outside (which was wonderful!)
