Newer home in the Village of Richmond - 3 Bed, 2 1/2 + Bath- Golf Cart included

The house is great, exactly as described and honestly the open space is wonderful in the house. It is much bigger than the picture appear. The golf cart is a nice bonus and in good condition. The location is wondeful to Brownwood. Highly recommend this house.

The rental was great! The owner was very responsive to any questions.

The house itself was wonderful and great space. It is honestly much larger than it appears in pictures! We loved the screened in area to sit outside and watch tv and night and also watch the wildlife and animals in the pond out back. It was nice to not have any neighbors that you saw when you sat out back. The location is wonderful for access to Clarendon recreation pool and center as well as driving to the square which is a quick golf cart ride away. I would highly recommend this property!

Very enjoyable week. The location is outstanding and the house was well furnished. The early morning walks were very pleasant with the nearby trails. Will definitely plan on staying in this home again.

The location of this new and beautifully appointed home is perfect. It’s minutes from Brownwood Paddock Square and almost anything else you may need. The lanai is so comfy and relaxing with an amazing view to enjoy the local wildlife. The kitchen is well stocked as are the bathrooms and linen closets. The owners were great and on top of everything. As the saying goes, if you are lucky enough to stay here, you are lucky enough.

Everything was perfect and would not change a thing! Will love to stay again!

Site is close to amenities, and has the balance of a cleanly modern house with a backyard/pond that has a lot of nature. We spent a lot of time on the lanai. Thank you Mr. Valenti.
