Love the house and its location - short trail down to a secluded cove from the house, easy access to Hwy 19 to get to Port Hadlock or to Port Townsend. We look forward to coming back!
Well appointed place located out of town. We didn’t get to take advantage of most of the amenities since we were attending the film festival. Great place for a small family or group.
Very comfortable and clean house! It was relaxing and things were modern and high end. It would be helpful to have instructions on the dishwasher and the bigger television. But we are older people! Loved being next to the forest!
The house was very clean; however, many of the dishes and silverware pieces were dirty. We had to wash enough dishes for our use while we were there. A very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed seeing deer in the yard almost everyday. We couldn’t get the front door code to work which wasn’t too much of a problem as we could come and go via the garage. We had to leave the front door unlocked as we could not lock it either.
We really enjoyed this place. Wish we had more time, as it's well located to explore the peninsula. Well stocked, very comfortable, etc.
The Google maps gets a little confused but we found it eventually. The house is obviously rented by a company, very little charm and sparse furnishings. You get a lot of automatic emails and texts but when there was a problem with the lock code, it was hard to get a response. The Mexican restaurant down the street is delicious. The house is spacious but sheets are thin, almost threadbare and furniture isn't comfy. Nice path to a creek and nice tree view. I will be avoiding this compnay in the future as the price isn't worth the lack of care and personality. Nothing terrible, just not great. Mediocre.
If you want peace and quiet this is the place for you but if you want a working refrigerator don't stay here. We reached out to Vacasa several times and NO one addressed the issue. Thank goodness for Amazon!! We were able to order a portable refrigerator that got delivered in a day. We will not be using Vacasa again. They don't really care about their customers. Our stay was pretty much ruined. Spending over $1,300.00 you would think if there's a problem someone from Vacasa would reach out to you. Very disappointed!!!
Everything was clean, organized, and had extra toiletries! There were even doggy bags for our pup and it felt like home!
This is in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of wildlife coming through the property. The yard has been neglected with weeds and thistle reclaiming the land. The home is in good condition and surfaces of kitchen and bath appearing clean. Spider webs and dust is found throughout the home. Nothing that a deep spring cleaning couldn't take care of.
Property was a pleasure to stay in.
We just had a short stay here, unfortunately, as we all enjoyed the house and location and would have gladly stayed longer. The level of cleanliness was spectacular, and the amenities were all there - full line of kitchen gear, comfortable beds, nice sitting areas & outdoor covered deck & propane grill - all of which we used and enjoyed. There is an unofficial trail from the side yard down to the creek that runs into a salt water inlet, which is fun to explore. In addition, it is a short drive to several state parks and to Port Townsend and it's cute shopping district. Our only complaint was that the front door lock seemed not to be working correctly, so we used the garage to enter & exit the house, but that was a minor issue. There is also a back patio door onto the deck for accessing the back yard / grill area. Our dogs were welcome, but there was no pet odor or debris that we could see. The yard is not fenced but is quite large, so that we were able to let our dogs out under supervision. We would happily stay here again, and hope to do so in future.
We needed a comfortable place that was between Port Townsend and Port Hadlock. This fit the bill perfectly. Very clean and comfortable.
Comfortable new house in Irondale. The garage door opener was a nice touch. Near beaches and local attractions. We hope to visit again in better weather.
We stayed here for about a month and it was perfect for our needs. It has all the essentials and is very comfortable. Loved the private location at the end of the street. Our dog enjoyed the big yard, the path down to the water, and all the deer. A great place to stay with a pet
Lovely home... Cozy, quiet and great location for us....
Tv internet did not work, the him. Was clean and beds were confortable
House was quite and clean
This place perfectly fit our needs. Liked direct access to the path down to the water. Very quiet neighborhood. No hookup to cable or satellite service- TV is only good for DVD, connection to computer, etc... Well equipped kitchen but no spices. Bring your own. Overall, fit our needs well.
Nice house very comfortable
