Stayed Dec 13, 2024We choose this property for the keyed access to the parks on the river with the convenience of a house in a wooded setting. We stayed in December. The firepit and available cut firewood made for a relaxing time. The grill was too rusted for our use and we did not bring a grill mat. We were very grateful for the ability to bring both our dog and our friend’s dog. The yard is fully fenced and secure for our dogs, however consider the neighbors dogs along the secure metal wired fence line. There were a few toys available for our friends’ children age 4 and 16 months but they wish they had brought more themselves. There is a regular coffee maker with a reusable filter. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful at nighttime. We had a great time and would stay again.

Stayed Aug 25, 2023Perfect spot to enjoy the nearby Ichetucknee River for the day and private park access that comes with the house! Comfy beds, big couch to enjoy a movie with the family after a day of kayaking, and lots of room for game night. The house was clean and meet all the needs for our family getaway. Tom is super responsive, responded to any questions immediately and provided us with all the info for a great weekend!
