The Neighborhood:

Located in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale, Camelback House places you just steps from some of Arizona’s best shopping, dining, nightlife, golf, and entertainment. Guests can easily walk to Scottsdale Fashion Square, Scottsdale Waterfront, Entertainment District nightlife, coffee shops, restaurants, art galleries, and spring training attractions. The community itself offers a peaceful, resort-style setting with lush lawns, mature citrus trees, and heated pools while still being right in the center of the action.



Getting Around:

One of the best features of this location is that many guests rarely need a car once they arrive. Old Town Scottsdale is highly walkable, and rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are plentiful and inexpensive throughout the area. Free Scottsdale trolley routes, bike rentals, and scooters are also nearby for easy local transportation. Quick freeway access makes it easy to reach Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, Kierland Commons, Tempe, Downtown Phoenix, and many of the Valley’s top golf courses and hiking trails.



Other Things to Note:

Guests will have access to one covered parking space during their stay. Additional guest parking is available on the west end of the Camelback House community, including multiple EV charging stations for electric vehicles. Due to the unbeatable walkability of the location, many guests choose to park once and explore Old Town Scottsdale on foot.



Camelback House features shared community laundry facilities that are private to residents and guests with smart-lock access. Machines accept Apple Pay and major credit cards for convenience. For an even more relaxed stay, we also offer optional laundry valet service for a small additional fee.



This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the home, and a non-refundable $250 fee will apply if this rule is violated.



The community is designed with one heated pool per quad, and guests are welcome to enjoy access to all pools throughout the Camelback House grounds during their stay.
