Great stay, the property was in fantastic condition and Kristine is an excellent host.

We recently stayed at this beachfront property and overall had a really enjoyable experience. The location is absolutely beautiful, being right on the beach made it incredibly convenient and relaxing, and the property itself was clean and well-maintained. One of the highlights for our family was the game table, which our kids absolutely loved and spent a ton of time using.That said, there were a few issues that impacted our stay. Parking was extremely difficult, especially for larger vehicles. The space was already very tight and limited, and the large dumpster out front made it even harder to park freely or maneuver comfortably. Unfortunately, we were not allowed to park on the street, which made the situation more frustrating. On top of that, there appears to be a drainage issue in the parking area, after heavy rain, the lot would flood, making access even more challenging.We also had ongoing trouble with the front door lock throughout our stay. It was malfunctioning, which meant we couldn’t reliably use the front entrance most of the time, definitely an inconvenience that should be addressed. Additionally, there was a noticeable odor inside the property that could use some attention.Despite these drawbacks, we still enjoyed our time thanks to the great location and overall cleanliness. With a few improvements, especially to parking, drainage, the door lock, and the odor issue, this could easily be an excellent place to stay.

The property was clean and very well decorated with a well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed beautiful beach views from the decks and watched the dolphins while having our coffee. The sunrises were stunning. The location was great and host was very easy and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend!

My dog, Charley and I stayed here for the better part of 3 weeks in early 2026. Everything was perfect.... the host, amenities and location.The condo had everything we needed and was top notch clean. The view is breathtaking and so relaxing. I loved the gate on the deck so Charley could be out there with me watching the dolphins!

We had a fantastic stay at SeaScape Beachfront SGI. The location is unbeatable — right on the beach with gorgeous views and easy access to the water. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a relaxing getaway. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, including olive oil and a handy spice rack, and we appreciated the thoughtful extras throughout the house that made our stay even more comfortable. One of the highlights for us was how dog-friendly the area is. Our two pups loved their daily walks along the beach, and the outdoor space made it easy to enjoy time outside together. The beach felt almost private during our stay, which made it even more peaceful. We especially loved sipping coffee on the patio while watching dolphins swim by — such an unforgettable experience. The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even smoother. Communication was clear, and any questions we had were answered quickly. We’d definitely recommend SeaScape SGI to anyone looking for a quiet, pet-friendly escape on St. George Island.

We have stayed here before. It is a great space. Clean and had everything we needed. Love watching the dolphins jump and all the crabs. Beautiful beach, great walking and beautiful sunrise. We will be back.

The place was great. End unit with all of the necessities. Super close to the water. Ocean front doesn’t get any better than that. The host was great and easy to communicate with.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay here! The home was spotless, and it was clear that a lot of thought went into making sure guests have everything they could possibly need—seriously, nothing was overlooked, and the Infinity Game Table was a huge hit with everyone! The location and views were unbeatable. We had a completely unobstructed view of the beach from the living room, master bedroom, and both decks. Being just steps from the door made it so easy to run back in if someone needed a break or forgot something. Even with lots of units on the property, it somehow still felt peaceful, private, and quiet—except for the sound of the waves, which you can even hear from the master bedroom (heaven!). Kristine was a wonderful host. She provided detailed, thoughtful information about the house and the area and messaged us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. She was kind, responsive, and super helpful throughout. Truly, I have zero complaints. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

The was the perfect home away from home for our family. The place was stocked with everything you could need at the beach and even had great wi-fi!!! Kristine was so responsive and nice. We enjoyed our stay!

SeaScape Beachfront had way more amenities than we could have imagined. The kitchen was so well stocked that we didn’t need to bring a thing. We even ordered the same air fryer/toaster/broiler that was in the kitchen for our own home. The unit is well decorated and super clean for a dog-friendly condo, with just steps to the beach. We had a wonderful time and completely enjoyed our stay.

The location is perfect. Steps to pool, steps to beach. Perfect back decks to watch the waves and dolphins. Kitchen accommodations were well thought out and useful—rice cooker, air fryer, insulated cups for drinks, freezer packs for coolers. Plenty of soaps, paper products, towels, and little things like night lights and fans were very much appreciated. We loved all the board games and books for rainy times. Beach gear was an extra plus and excellent quality! We enjoyed our stay so much and Kristine was exceedingly kind, responsive and helpful! One of the best places we have ever stayed! Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay at Seascape with Amazing view of the beach. Private access to the beach inspite of being in a condo was a big hit for us. The home was very well decorated and so well stocked with not just pots and pans but a lot of condiments and coffee!! The electronic game board in the condo was a major hit with all of us and it was a great way to unwind after playing in the beach.

The property was beautiful and very clean! Everything was an ease! The owner was so nice and so informative! Couldn’t have asked for better! We will definitely be coming back! Thank you Kristine! :-)

This was a perfect place for us to stay. Thoughtfully stocked with everything needed for a beach vacation with a family (towels, toys, floats, chairs, etc). We appreciated the well equipped kitchen as well. Highly recommend!

Great location - beach on one side, pool on the other ; kids had a great time!

Property was beautiful the accommodations were spot on. Everything you possibly could need , they had it there. Only thing at all I wish I’d known that the parking is very tight . We had a big truck so it was a very tight squeeze .

My family had a wonderful time here. Perfect location especially if you have a pet. The beach is right outside your backdoor with the boardwalk going to the beach beside you and the pet walking area beside you as well. This was our first time staying at SGI and it was perfectly relaxing and never crowded our entire stay.
