NEW- Waterfront Townhome w/ Pool/SlipBoat - GREAT LOCATION !

Very clean property and well decorated. Very relaxing. The view was amazing! We all felt at home there!! Would rate this property excellent! Thank you for allowing us to spend our vacation there!

Beautiful town home! This townhome was perfect distance to the beach, 3 blocks to walk easy access to Clearwater Beach. Wagon with beach chairs, and sand toys were also provide. Gorgeous views, great size for families, each bedroom had its own TV, beds clean and comfortable.On a negative note, the water pressure in the master bath and the scheduled temperature change with AC at night. Other than two easy fixes, we would stay here again. Maureen P

The listing was exactly as advertised. We have stayed in a few Bright Blue houses over the years but this one was our favorite. It was extremely clean, the outdoor furniture was functional, there were games, and the furnishings were modern. They also supplied plenty of pots, pans, silverware, glasses, and plates. We were very happy with our stay and can’t wait to go back next year.

Cleanest VRBO I've ever stayed at. Beautiful townhome and great location walkable to everything we needed. I would recommend to take a sleeping mask if you are staying in the master and wake up with light, as the curtains don't block all of the light out. The pool area was wonderful and the buildings give a nice mix of sun and shade throughout the day. The presence of security on the property gave us peace of mind as two women that left the husbands at home in the snow :) The cleaners and property manager even went above and beyond to check with us when they thought we'd left clothing behind (it was from a prior guest). Would definitely stay here again if I returned to Clearwater.

It was the perfect house for our group of 8! We loved the short walk to the beach. Beds were so comfortable and views were amazing on every level!! Such a nicely decorated house too with lots of towels for our large group.

We had a good time and the Condo was just a short walk away from the beach !

We had a fantastic stay at this home in Clearwater! It was the perfect size and layout for our family of five, which included adults, teens, and young children. Everyone had enough space to relax and enjoy themselves. The location couldn’t have been better—an easy walk to the beach and local restaurants, which made everything super convenient. We especially loved the views from the decks—morning coffee and evening sunsets were a highlight. Highly recommend for families looking for a comfortable, well-located getaway!

Super impressed with this property! Check in was smooth, views were immaculate, property was clean, and there were endless amenities to take advantage of! We went for a girls trip and this property fulfilled all of our needs. It was located very conveniently (walking distance of less than 10 minutes) to the beach and popular restaurants. Bill’s property also had floaties, coolers, and a wagon that we were able to pack up with us and use. The pool was clean and basically empty the whole time we were there so that was nice! Bill also supplied plenty of bath and beach towels. Just can’t speak highly enough of this place, we will def rebook if we are ever back in Clearwater!

Gorgeous place. Location was central to everything . Shower heads need replacing. Cable wouldn’t work for live tv and not enough toilet paper or paper towels. Overall was a very nice stay.

It was the perfect place for us and our married adult children. All three bedrooms are spacious and well appointed with everything to make your stay comfortable. We used the community pool and it was very clean. We walked to nearby restaurants and hired a boat to come pick us up for island hopping. Also, the golf course is not too far away and they guys enjoyed that. We hope to come again.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! It's a quick walk to the beach, shopping and CoCo's for lunch. Short Uber ride to lots of other restaurants. Beach chairs, cart, boogie boards, beach towels all provided. House is spacious and comfortable. We spent mornings watching dolphins right outside our back door.Communication with property owner was excellent.

We really enjoyed our stay here in Clearwater. The condo was absolutely beautiful, close to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for a long weekend getaway. The place was perfect. Great location. Convenient to everything. The house had everything we needed in addition to great views. Very walkable to the beach and restaurants. We had a minor issue during check in, but it was quickly resolved by the owner. He was very responsive. We hope to be back next year.

With 3 stories there’s a lot of space for everybody.and the air conditioning works great. Very convenient location with a short walk to beach. We’ve always stayed at the Hyatt or sand pearl for double the cost and half the space but after staying here we’ll never go back to those resorts. Only issue was master sliding door didn’t work very well but overall was a great condo.

This property was absolutely amazing. The pictures w
