This meticulous, cozy, air conditioned home requires nothing but your suitcase and the desire to relax and have fun. Park your car in the driveway and walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and the Shalin Liu Performance Center. Bearskin Neck is a short ten minute scenic stroll from this lovely rental. The commuter train from Boston is a ten minute walk to the front door. Nature surrounds you and there are many hiking trails and bike paths available to help you explore. A lovely band stand hasconcerts on Sunday evenings in the summer. At the end of the day, enjoy sitting on your private backyard deck, or enjoy the ocean view from our comfy Adirondack chairs. A full size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave and washer/dryer are included as well as a gas grill. We have beach chairs and umbrellas. Bed sheets and towels are supplied for your convenience. Cable T.V. and WiFi are also included for when you are finished exploring. Come spend some time making memories!

Loved the living space with rustic beams. Every convenience was available to us. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of storage space. Lots of restaurants and shops near by. I was a bit surprised that the house had two levels, but it was manageable. The street is quite busy so you have to take your time pulling out. I enjoyed my time there

We loved this house! Great location, town and beaches in walking distance. So much to see and not enough time. We will be back and would love to stay here again.

The house and grounds are beautiful. Nicely landscaped with lots of privacy. Thankfully the house was well air conditioned. Beds were comfortable and the living room was just like being at home. Len and Denise were very responsive to any questions we had. You should know the house is right on Granite St. which makes pulling out a little tricky. But generally speaking traffic and traffic noise were not a problem. The house is very close to the outside edge of Back Beach. Easy walking distances to both beaches and shops. The biggest bummer of the trip were the number of places no longer open, Passports, Helmut's Strudel, Rockport Pizza, along with other shops. Eating choices are very limited in Rockport. The Kitchen came in real handy.
