Stayed Dec 23, 2025I stayed at this property five years ago during the Christmas Holiday and was very impressed. It was great staying again this year and to see that the facility was still well-maintained. However, I was EXTREMELY disappointed that Vrbo required an additional 3,000 deposit!!! Since I reserved the property in late October, Vrbo would hold my funds until January!! Unfortunately, this policy would prevent me from selecting this property as my first choice for future Christmas stays.

Stayed Nov 26, 2024We chose this property for the size and location. It’s actually much larger than the pictures and has 5 bedrooms plus a sleeping loft. The listing only mentioned 4 bedrooms. I considered these nice bonus but odd that it wasn’t correctly listed. We attempted to contact the host through the app to request early check and never got a response. To be fair I only tried the email/text function. I did not try to call. At check in, the code provided did not work. But the property manager showed up within minutes to provide the correct code. The house was swept clean. But that seemed to be it. The bathrooms had mold, soap scum, the shower curtain was awful. A simple running it through the washing machine would have probably done the trick or even a $10 cheap shower curtain replacement would be worthwhile. The beds were brutal. Each one was sunken in the middle. We discovered that at least one had broken slats leading to even more sagging. The bathroom upstairs lights were caked in dust as was the vent fan. Overall it felt like it could be an amazing property of only the owners took care of it. It looked like they rehabbed it years ago and never bothered to inspect it or make basic repairs. Hopefully the owners give this place some TLC. It needs it. They did have a high chair and either provided shampoo or it was left behind by another guest.

Stayed Dec 24, 2019The Icon house was perfect for hosting our family during the Christmas holiday. The house had enough room to accommodate us in a way that felt like a home away from home.

Stayed Dec 28, 2019This is a beautiful house with plenty of room for all 12 of us. Very convenient location for all of our site seeing. Has a nice open floor concept and the bedrooms were quite comfortable. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Nashville!

Stayed Oct 24, 2019A group of 8 of us went to Nashville for 2 40th birthdays. This house was amazing. What a great location to be. We walked to 5 points area and restaurants and a short ride to Broadway. The house was clean, comfortable and very welcoming. Also the hosts were amazing and responded to any questions we had. Will come again. Loved it.

Stayed Sep 16, 2019We all loved and were comfortable inside this beautifully renovated home. Plenty of room for 12 people. Only a couple of minor suggestions. Showers should have handle for elderly or handicapped. The back deck needs work and grass was not cut in back...but it was so hot that we didn't have a need to use it. Would readily rent again if we are in the area.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We were 5 couples of Nashville newbies looking for fun and we found it!! The house was perfect for our needs, all had their own space to sit and talk or get ready to go out. The kitchen was just the right size for our group. Keep up the great work!! We will be back in the future and will definitely recommend this property to others!!
