Our experience was absolutely amazing! The property was spotless — every room felt fresh, bright, and beautifully maintained. You can really tell the team takes pride in keeping everything in great condition.The management company went above and beyond to make sure our short vacation was nothing less than perfect. They were so attentive, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and responding right away to any questions.We only wish we could have stayed longer! We’ll definitely be back — it’s rare to find a property and management team this professional, clean, and genuinely caring about their guests’ experience.

Pool was great! Very clean in all rooms except one where mice droppings were found! Should get that taken care of immediately! We loved the facility. Met all of our family of 11 needs. If it had just 1 salt & pepper it would be so appreciated by guests & more than 1 blow dryer! Communication with host was not available. Donna finally responded.

We loved our stay here, and will be booking again!Pros- clean, spacious, comfy beds pet friendly, family friendly, pool is perfect , neighborhood is awesome, golf cart, large home for multiple family’s, had everything we needed, plenty of towels and beach chairs/toys, short walk to community pool and beach, the booking agency was very helpful and provided all the info needed to have a perfect trip.

We had such a great time staying here. Close to beach and rooms fit us perfect for all of our family with a group of 16.

Great property! This was my family’s first time staying at a Vrbo property. We had a great experience! Check in was smooth and easy. Communication was fast and solution oriented when needed. Rooms were spacious and clean! Loved the convenience of the bikes, security of the gated community which made us feel safe and close proximity to the beach. The pool was small, gym is also small but nothing that would stop us from staying here again.

Great time sharing a beautiful home with family. Unfortunately, I was in regular contact with my contact person for various reasons ! They were very prompt taking care of most every situation quickly! I wish I could have been enjoying my time with family . I rented the home so felt it was my obligation to take care of things

This property has it all!! Pool, golf cart, beach chairs, bikes and even a game room (with an extra fridge, bonus!) and walking distance to the beach!! Fun for ALL ages! Our stay was very comfortable. The management company was extremely helpful! Any issue was fixed right away! Communication was excellent! Highly recommend this property!

This home was perfect for our large group of 14 ranging in ages from 6-70. We loved riding the golf cart around the neighborhood and to the beach, also. We were not ready to go home because it was all so wonderful.

We had a great time. The place was beautiful. Very clean and nicely decorated. The management was easily accessible when we had an issue with the a/c and they fixed it quickly. It’s in a great location and close to everything you will need. It’s in a gated community and very safe. We would definitely stay again.

In our first rental, all seemed well until we were advised the unit about the garage had water damage making the stay for our guests in the space inhabitable. Quickly reached out to property management to confirm and then they found another rental just down from Destin in 30A no additional charge. Hopefully owners will fix so that all rooms are available to stay for others. Thank you!

I would love to thank Modern Beach Vacations Rentals for our wonderful experience/stay in Destin! It was the best weekend ever with my family and friends! They made it so easy to book with them and as soon as we booked they sent out emails with all information to the property and it made us so comfortable about our stay. The house is an absolute luxurious home in Destin and it is in a private neighborhood right across from the beach and the most famous local Seafood restaurant called Crab Trap which we drove to with the golf cart a few times during our stay, lol. This house offered so many amenities it was so awesome, especially with kids. Our children absolutely loved riding in the golf cart to the beach and swimming in the pool or playing in the game room. The cleaness of the home and the comfort of the beds also made this stay so relaxing. I can't wait to be back!!!!! Thank you all at Modern Beach Vacations Rentals!
