Stayed Nov 14, 2025We have stayed here twice and will book again as we frequently visit the area. Excellent host, hassle free check in and out. Super clean and comfortable. Beautiful park next door with a great walking track and playground area. Loved it! Top notch host!

Stayed Feb 1, 2025This property is perfect for a short stay. If you’re looking for a longer stay, you may be disappointed by the lack of “coziness it displayed. The house has what appears as a lounge table and stools in the kitchen in lieu of a kitchen table. Several standard kitchen utensils and kitchen towels were missing. To the plus side, all three beds were extremely comfortable.Perhaps my biggest disappointment was the physical shape of the back yard. The fence was rotting away and in some places the slates were missing. Most importantly, the erosion of the ground under the fence has caused extremely dangerous conditions for small children and pets.

Stayed Aug 1, 2024The location was great, settled in a quiet, family neighborhood just a few minutes from our conference location, Franklin, and Nashville. Everything was very clean and updated, and the owners didn’t require any check-out specifics prior to heading out, which made it very stress free! I would recommend here for anyone passing through Spring Hill.
