Stayed Dec 31, 1969House was as advertised. Big enough for a large family or two to come together, but also have their private space. Not far from town and close to stores and restaurants, but has a very off-the-beaten-path, quiet feel. Absolutely spotless, fully equipped kitchen, great beds and linens, beautiful back yard and plenty of beach equipment. Hope to return.

Stayed May 24, 2019My friends and I stayed at this property for Memorial Day Weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better weekend! The property was beautiful, perfect backyard for grilling and yard games and a great location just around the corner from downtown (~5 minutes from the ferry). Would highly recommend this house to any large group looking to go to Nantucket for the weekend. The home was beautiful inside and fit our group comfortably.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We just returned from a wonderful trip to Nantucket. The house was perfect for the 10 of us ranging in ages from 5-65! Everyone had room to spred out and we all relaxed in the backyard when not at the beach or bike riding on the paths. Everything is so accessable from the house. I would highly recommend it for a family vacation spot. The owner has thought of everything. The house has everything you need. We will definately use this home again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The house is spectacular. Perfect kitchen for stay at home meals - close enough to town for a bite to eat or adventuring! VERY accessible to the bike path which will get you all over the island. Coffee shop right across the street, great living space. Plenty of room for the entire family. Plus, the vine covered outdoor shower is very neat!! Everything was perfect for a setup for an amazing family vacation!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I have been going to Nantucket since I was a teenager. I've stayed in Madaket, surfside,downtown and out by the farm. This house is located near the rotary so it is a 5 minute walk to the grocery, fish, pharmacy or package stores. You can also walk to the Chicken Box. The bike path is right at the end of the street. You can easily bike out to Sankaty or Madaket or any where else on island. The house itself is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. It feels like staying at a friends house. Everything is top notch... furniture, linens, kitchen equipment and beach gear. It was so well supplied, there was not one thing I wished I had. Even my teenages had plenty of spaces in the house to escape their parents. I look forward to creating many more summer memory treasures at Sandy's island home.. Rent it! You will not be disappointed.
