Had a great stay. Plenty of room for two families with kids. Great layout and and awesome location. Short walk to the beach and the canal/creek in the backyard offered great fishing and easy access for kayaks. The firepit was perfect for the cool nights. Spent majority of the cool mornings and evenings on the screen porch which could easily accommodate all 8 of us. Porch includes a bar with built in ice machine that was fabulous. Owner was a fantastic host and quick to respond. Will consider The Frippin Best again.

We had a great time at the beach which is only a block away! Screened porch and bar overlooking the canal was very fun. We had kayak fishermen and paddlers in our group and caught 2 keeper redfish off the dock in the canal. This was a fun vacation for our 3 adult kids and 2 grandkids at Fripp.

This house was exactly what we were looking for. Fripp Island is a great place for a vacation with kids and adults. The house was large and met all our needs. The rooms were comfortable and clean. It has a very nice screened in porch with a wet bar and room for eating or just sitting around. The kitchen was well equipped. It even comes with a golf cart to get around on. The best thing was the location right across from a beach access point at the end of the island that is not very busy or crowded.

We had a great experience staying at The Frippin Best House. Rebecca was easy to communicate with regarding the stay and provided all of the information we needed to enjoy our stay. The location of the home is truly perfect- so close to the beach access that we walked while having the canal and dock out back to allow for fishing right from the back yard. We enjoyed all of the outdoor spaces - from the front porch, back porch, and lower patio. There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out in their own space for some quiet time or come together for fun with the whole group. We found most everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare many meals right at home. This home truly has so many amenities to make your stay as carefree as possible!

We had a group with 5 adults and 1 child. The house was Perfect For us to spread out or find places to all gather together. The fire pit was great for the cool nights and all the beach equipment was perfect for the warm days!
