New St. Joseph location!

This has been one of my family’s favorite locations - the space is clean, family friendly, and it is a short drive to many good restaurants, playgrounds, and beaches. Steve was very quick to respond to any questions we had! Highly recommend

The home was perfect for our family of four. Location is great, property owner was amazing from the time we reserved, through our stay. I do wish it had a grill, but it’s an interior unit with no yard. Can’t dock it for something I hoped it had. All in all, wonderful stay. Would definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in St Joseph over the 4th July. The property was great, and Steven the owner was a wonderful host providing area recommendations and helpful local information. Thank you so much, the condo was perfect for our family vacation.

The property was exactly as listed. It was very clean and nicely decorated. It was a nice distance to the beach and downtown. Steven was super helpful with the check in process and any questions we had along the way. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.

The housing community/condo was very clean and well kept. You can walk downtown to shopping, but along a very busy highway. Walking to the beach with chairs, etc. would be very difficult.. but only an 5 minute drive. Overall, we loved the condo and found St. Joe to be a great family vacation. The owner gave us great recommendations and was very responsive.

Very clean and new. Great location to everything in the area. Only a 5 minute drive to Silver Beach or downtown Saint Joseph. The pool was also very clean and well maintained. Great for a family and Steve made our stay very easy!

Condo was immaculate. Our only nit pick issues were that there were only 2 beach towels for 5 people & the bunk beds were in a loft & therefore not conducive for very young kids. But we turned the loft into a play room which was nice. Other than pool, which was very nice, there really wasn’t any place that was walkable for kids. But the drives to beaches & St Joseph were VERY short. A good family area. Overall, a good trip & our family was very satisfied.

We came for my daughters wedding and couldn’t have been happier with our accommodations!! Steven was an excellent host and was always available to answer any of my questions, he was even at the ready to offer his help when the rehearsal dinner location cancelled last minute due to staffing issues!! We thourghly enjoyed our stay and exploring the shops, restaurants and boardwalk in town!!

Our condo was very clean and well equipped. Loved all the room, the only negative was the beds were very uncomfortable. Enjoyed our stay.

Our team had a great stay. Close to the golf course, beach and restaurants.
