Nice place to stay

It was a great weekend gateway for our extended family. House was perfect! Bathroom situation was weird. Half bath has plumbing issues and had to plunge a few times.

The bathroom sinks didn’t drain. The TV remote in the living room was broke but we used the one from the game room. It did have a slight urine smell. Beds were comfy, quite area and provided basic hygiene stuff.

Our family had such a great time at this Urbandale home! The location made it easy to get to downtown Des Moines and but the neighborhood was peaceful. The game room was a huge hit with the kids (and the adults, too!)—we spent hours playing together. The kitchen was well stocked, which made meal times simple, and the bathrooms had everything we needed and were v@clean. It really felt like a home away from home, and we appreciated all the thoughtful touches.

Stephen was really great to work with. Fantastic communication throughout even when we had to request modifications.

Very cool spot in Des Moines!

We really enjoyed our stay. We had an easy checkin and found the place to have just about anything we needed. All the rooms and open spaces were so fun for our family of 6. The kids and hubby liked the garage game room, and the tvs. I liked the nice dining room and cozy living room, lots of windows and light. The kitchen was well stocked and 2 refrigerators available! We enjoyed the keurig coffee each morning. The grill was great, and the backyard cozy. All the little extras, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc that was availa le, and the shampoo, body wash! I wish i hadnt packed all of our shampoo there was plenty available. Things that we wished were there: the kitchen needed a can opener, and more sizes of bowls, the oven took a very long time to preheat, i was unsure of its efficiency. I would have liked if a highchair, and more plastic plates (kid friendly) were there. The rooms were cozy but no curtains in any windows made for bright early mornings. I would have liked some drawers or more tables for luggage in the bedrooms. More trashcans, especially upstairs. The bathrooms with toilets were both small. The shower in the basement was great, but as a big person i was uncomfortable on both bathrooms. We used the clubhouse pool, but its not quite as close as we'd hoped. More info about where to go, and park at the clubhouse would have been helpful. A packnplay would have been really nice. But baby loved all the space to run around.Overall we had a great ti

Arcade didn’t work and when asked how to work the system we were treated as an inconvenience. Teenage boys with us and this was the only reason we booked this house. Pool was miles away not in walking distance. One bedroom smelled like something died and had to keep the door closed.

When we checked in the house had not been cleaned. Trash was not taken out and there and the beds had not been made dirty sheets and towels laying on the floor. Also we could not find the pool that we had access to by the address. I wish when the rooms with 3 & 4 beds read that they were bunk beds.

We had a fun time staying at this house. We visited downtown Des Moines and had a great time at Adventureland. The only suggestion would be to have some dish towels in the kitchen. The arcade games, ping pong table and skee-ball were popular with the kids.

A group of art teachers stayed here for a night after professional development. The living room was large and we could all hang out. The game room had ample space and things to do.

This is a great house for groups with clean and comfortable beds! We loved watching replays of our hockey game in the garage! Just a few items need attention : the kitchen needs more forks (there are only 3), the upstairs needs a few box fans because two of the bedrooms don't have AC (one of the vents doesn't blow cold air, the other doesn't have a vent). Highly recommend overall!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The neighborhood felt safe, the garage was set up fun with games, a ping pong table, bar, tv, table, and couch. Great for lounging around and having the garage doors open on a nice day. The house also has many bedrooms with multiple beds in several. This allowed everyone to sleep comfortably. Will be booking again in the future.

The stay was fine, but one toilet for 13 people just wasn't convenient. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

We had our family go for the weekend for Christmas! Beautiful home. Lots of bedrooms and the kids were never bored! We took them swimming at the apartment complex, pool was GREAT

Our large group of 8 adults and 5 kids had tons of fun in the game room! Kids spent the entire time there. So much fun and things to do in that space! There are lots of beds and they were pretty comfortable. The kitchen is pretty small with minimal counter space and lacking in supplies. The bathroom setup is a little misleading, there is a full bath upstairs, tiny sink & toilet on the main floor and a shower and sink only in the basement which smells super damp and musty. One awesome feature is that they have all the streaming services already setup and ready for you to watch!

We were transferred to another property due to an unforseen issue. Communication was excellent and the house was amazing. So much to do and lots of little touches. Would stay again!

Six girlfriends and I got together for a weekend to celebrate our birthdays. This place was perfect for a night of fun and relaxation! We didnt even have to leave the place all night with so much entertainment to choose from. The beds were comfortable, the showers hot and the attention to detail was so accomodatting. I would defintely stay here again. Thanks Colby for a wonderful stay!

Very clean property with lots of sleeping areas! Was nice we didn’t have to bring a bunch of extra things for our stay because it was provided! Only recommendation is letting guests know about what side of the street to park on if they need to park on the street as one of our friends almost got a ticket when visiting us during our stay.

Stayed for 2 nights for my bachelor party. The house was in a good location that wasn't too far from downtown. Lots of room for everyone and a variety of things to do at the house!

The house is beautiful, the property pictures look exactly as shown. We did have a few slight issues, blown breakers and the house smelled of cat urine. Overall we had a good stay however the scent was very off putting but we enjoyed the property.

The home is big and worked well for the size of our group. We enjoyed the remodeled garage / game room and the nice touch of board games included. The cleaners were still there when we arrived to check in and I think they left a little more pet hair than I expected to see.

The house was great for our group. We had 10 people staying and had enough good quality beds for all of us. House was clean and the AC ran nice and cool. Garage game room area was a great hang out and socialize. Bathrooms were fully stocked with towels and toiletries. Communication with the property management was prompt and timely. Highly recommend this property for larger groups. We would definitely be happy to stay there again. Thank you for hosting us!

It was a nice, clean house. The garage hangout was the best part.

The house had many bedrooms and beds so it was perfect for our friends and my family to meet up and enjoy quality time together. We enjoyed the game room and used the kitchen frequently. The location was great and convenient. We would stay there again.

Three families traveled to Des Moines for a one-night stay. We were looking for a house with activities for the kids and this house had just that. The house was clean and spacious enough to hold 4 adults /8 kids. There are plenty of games and activities in the house to keep adults and kids occupied.

Nice home with lots of sleeping options!

We celebrated my sister’s bachelorette party here and it was perfect! The house was clean, the kitchen was stocked with the necessities, lots of fridge space, tons of sleeping quarters, and the garage space was perfect for our needs. Fun, adjustable lighting for dancing and hanging out, tons of space, and a bar area with a fridge. The boat communicated well and left clear instructions for check in and out. I’d recommend this property to anyone hosting a large group!
