Great home for Clemson fans! The property is as advertised in the listing. The owner was very easy to communicate with and was also very accommodating. The TV/game room in the garage is a nice for space to spread out. Water not very deep off the dock, take care. Paddles for the kayak are in the box in the deck. Garage TV/game room is great addition. Backyard was a bit overgrown and needed cleanup. Small Grill which requires charcoal.

Stayed at this adorable house when we visited our daughter at Clemson University. The host was SUPER helpful and friendly and provided great communication. We enjoyed the house, only wish we'd had more time to spend in it as we were running a lot. Definitely recommend this property / host!!

It was the perfect home away from home as we enjoyed family and Clemson University. Daughter toured the University, and the family enjoyed a football weekend. Close to the University, the quietness of the lake was so relaxing.

We were in town visiting my daughter who is a student at Clemson for a football game with extended family. The accommodations were exactly what we needed it terms of space and the location on the water was great. Great proximity to the campus and downtown.

My son was playing for Clemson Mens Soccer and had his senior night! We loved this house
