Stayed Jul 13, 2024The home is in a wonderful neighborhood and the neighbors are so friendly. The pool was amazing for my family. The home is very close to many beaches. The few problems that came up the own was very responsive and helpful. My family will stay again next year. Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your home for the week.

Stayed Jun 15, 2024Been vacationing in venice for 40+ years. This a great centralized location to take in everything . All of the beaches are within 8-14 minutes, even gasparilla island is just a short drive. The home suited all of our needs and the kids loved the screened in pool area! Awesome host, helpful, polite and easy to het a hold of. Will definotely go back

Stayed Jun 8, 2024This is the second time that we used this house and it was very nice. The master bathroom in front was a little uneven so you had to be careful getting in and out. Pool was very clean and fun to swim in

Stayed Jan 20, 2024We have stayed here before and loved the property so we came back this year for an extended stay. The house was very clean when we arrived and the pool area wonderful. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and had a very relaxing time spending time outside in any weather with the covered patio or poolside getting some sun and time spent in the pool. We will definitely keep this property on top of our list when staying in Venice. Thank you Kathleen for being such a gracious host!
