This is our second visit to this home and it is always amazing! I love family time and this is the perfect place to enjoy family and fun!

The property was fantastic. We had a ton of fun playing out on the lake. They had some kayaks and other toys to play with, and just being able to jump off the dock, etc. We had a great day at the property and really appreciate being able to do so.

Great accessibility for seniors! No steps. We enjoyed the lake views from the house and enjoyed spending time on the deck.

Beautiful home and great proximity to Lakeshore Marina and Restaurant, as well as a convenience store. The only steps were from the top dock to the bottom dock, which was a unique bonus for the Smith Lake area rentals. The quiet location was perfect for my crew who love to kayak. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything about this place was perfect. Plenty of room, and clean. Dock and boating was ideal. Host was great as well. We will definitely be staying here many more times!

We really enjoyed our stay! The dock was fun, the lake delightful, the porch peaceful! We really appreciated the lack of steps for my mom! Wonderful stay, we really enjoyed the house.

Recently renovated and exceptionally clean home. Two full size bathrooms, three bedrooms and another sleeping area for kids, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, fully staffed kitchen and very nice open plan layout between kitchen, dining and living rooms. Direct access from the house onto the dock was one of the major reasons we picked this place. The upper platform of the dock allowed our sons to do some insane and fun dives. The owner allowed us to use their kayaks, which was a lot of fun. We rented a jet-ski for a day and it was awesome addition to our getaway. We had a blast and definitely would stay at this place again in the future if it will be available.

The house was beautiful and comfortable. We had a family reunion about 15 minutes away and was so convenient location.

Great house great location would highly recommend

We a groomsman fishing trip from this location as basically somewhere to cook and sleep for the night. The property is very nice with the easiest of access to the 2 story dock which we spent most of our time. 100% would recommend to friends!

Nice place, quiet and the lake is at the back door. The loft was a hit with our boy (7). Plenty of space in the house for everyone. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Overall, we weren't there to spend all our time at the house, but the time we got to spend there was enjoyed.

We really enjoyed our work stay was close to stores. The dock and deck area make the water really accessible.

The space and ammenities were wonderful. The only complaint is that i was not given the door code beforehand and had to call owner
