NEW PRIVATE POOL, 7BR/5.5BA - Lakefront Home

As always, great experience with Bill and his rentals! This property had great catfishing and nearby Aqua Toys for renting wave runners! TONS of room for our extended family.

What a great property for larger groups. Location is perfect, right in the heart of everything.

We had a great time here. The house was perfect for 17 of us, ranging from 80 to 2 1/2 years old. Be prepared for lots of steps both inside and down to the lake. We loved being on the water with 2 boats and our own pool was an added bonus. The house was was well equipped with everything we needed and offered beautiful views of the lake. We were able to take the boats to fun nearby places to eat.

Stayed first week of June - had a great time. Everything about the house was great/ as advertised. Very clean / very comfortable/ excellent location.Just like every lakefront house be prepared to walk a ton of stairs up and down from dock or pool level. We had grandparents in our group and was not a big issue - but could be with anyone in your group that struggles with stairs. Caught a ton of fish off pier - bluegill / catfish / bass. Great patio space especially in evenings with western exposure. Only one small issue for this summer ( did not bother us much this week ) There is a house being built next door but was only noisy 1 -2 days during our stay. Work did not start till after 8 am and ended around 4 pm. Just something to be aware of for next few months. All in all 10/10 and would definitely stay here again !

House was perfect for our extended family vacation. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The pool not right outside a patio entrance was the only downfall.

Great location, loved the cove, view and proximity to boat rentals. Home needs some TLC as it is a bit worn for such a lovely home. The beds and bath were clean overall, but definitetly noticed the other parts of the home ie. carpet was really dirty, and there were lots of bugs and dust/webs around windows/window seals. There was some damage to the front door screen door that someone duct taped to keep the door in, so again for such a nice home, should be fixed. I am sure it can be tough to keep up with busy rental season so we didn't complain, but just being honest. We loved the extra space throughout the home and that everyone had room to spread out. Bryan the caretaker was helpfull on day 1 when we thought lower level fridge didn't work. (It was due to us over filling with warm beverages, suggest to note that somewhere to avoid confusion). Overall we liked and would come back to this property.

This property checked off many of the boxes of what we needed. The house was in a great location and close to boat rental. We had plenty of room for the 13 of us ranging from 1-60. We enjoyed the pool as well as the lake. Our family had a great week making memories! Compared to other properties that we’ve rented this property was a little overpriced. The attention to property details was not a not a 5 star rating. Also beach towels were not provided. When I inquired about them, they said other guest took them. We had to purchase our own which if notified earlier we could have brought ours from home. Overall this vacation was full of making new memories.

Our family of 10 had ample room in this beautiful home. The bedrooms were nice and the pool was wonderful. Be sure to bring your own coffee filters and any additional spices you like. Then go and have a great time! This property is in an excellent location. Close to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. We loved fishing off the dock or swimming in the lake as well.

This is an exceptional house and location for a great visit to Lake of the Ozarks. The view of the inlet bay was superb, especially at sunset. We were able observe many firework displays from the decks. Would highly recommend for family outings.

This is a lovely home that worked out wonderfully for our family of 12! (4 under 6). The littles were catching a ton of fish from the dock and having the time of their lives. The location was perfect to restaurants, grocery stores and other attractions. We rented a pontoon for tubing as well. The house is clean, comfortable and we could all gather together to play games or eat. Magnificent! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.
