Stayed Oct 20, 2025Cute little house in downtown Newport Richey! Close to gas stations , grocery stores & restaurants. The owner was very responsive and answered all my questions . My only complaints would be that the washing stopped working day 2 and is a huge inconvenience with a family of 5 and going to the pool and beach everyday. I did alert her and did not get a response . I was told that it needed to be on a certain setting prior to stay and we followed instructions and by day 2 it wouldn’t work . The bath tub had scum around the drain and the water barely got to room temperature. So recommend turn hot water heater a little warmer and make sure maids clean properly . Other than it was a good stay and would stay again if those things were fixed .

Stayed Oct 4, 2025Beautiful little beach house in a quaint town. Updated. Everything was close by. Shops and Restaurants in downtown New Port Richey. Everything you needed to stay. loved that the house had so much light. The beds were comfy. Laundry room was perfect. Thank you.
