I spend 4 nights with a option to a 5th night my kids enjoy this vacations!! We love the house, it has everything when i say everything means everything that you need. That makes you feel at home!! Thank you so much!!

Very responsive owner. House was great for our family. Such a nice feature for each bedroom to have its own bathroom. House was incredibly well stocked (kitchen and beach gear.)

We hit the jack pot with this listing! We’ve been coming to ocean isle for 10 years, the last 5 staying specifically within the Summer Place neighborhood / Private Dr. but this was the first we booked via VRBO. We have always gone through one of the various realty groups so I was a bit unsure as what to expect, but we couldn't have been more pleased with the home and all the amenities. It really feels more like a home than a rental property and CC was to communicative and attentive to make sure we felt right at home. We loved having 2 master bedrooms on each floor, gave the adults plenty of room to spread out and have their own separate space. Bonus that we didn't have to rent separate linens & towels, everything was provided and good quality, everything felt very clean. The kitchen was also a big highlight, being well appointed with cookware, dishes, and appliances. If you're unfamiliar with area, it's a very short walk to the beach, with direct beach access, with limited parking, so this access doesn't get as crowded as some of the other beach accesses along OIB...this is a big reason we keep booking in Summer Place. We will definitely be coming back on a future trip to OIB!

Wonderful house, the best stocked kitchen I've ever seen. Nice beds, plenty of sitting area. 13 of us, 8 adults 5 kids, had a great time. Pool close.

This is a wonderful vacation home. It is outfitted with anything you might need for a trip to the beach, plus many thoughtful touches that made it feel special. The hosts are very responsive and extremely accommodating. We had a fantastic time!

We had a wonderful visit! The property was found as described and the owners were very responsive to all questions. The home was clean, well stocked, convenient to the beach and met our needs perfectly. Would highly recommend!

This location was perfect, easy walking to the beach and community pool. Grocery shopping, gift shops, and restaurants close by. Community feels safe. House is very well equipped with everything you need. Enjoyed front deck and playing corn hole and horseshoes in the back yard. Host is super helpful.

We got lucky finding this place. The new owners have done a beautiful remodel, and the extra amenities are so helpful. Lots of toys, bikes, Cornhole, and beach chairs/umbrellas. The kitchen is fully stocked and meticulously organized. When we had an issue, the owner arrived within hours and fixed it. I would recommend this home to anyone!

Walkable island great for children. Well-organized and clean home, responsive hosts, perfect for young families. Bring your groceries in and best to stay on-island. Beach, park, pool and arcades will keep the kids happy.

This house had everything we needed for a multi-family vacation. Great spaces indoor and outdoor for hanging out. Had everything we needed and the owner was checking in on us throughout the week. Very happy with our stay.

New owners of the house were sooooo friendly, responsive, and accomdating as you'll ever find! Upgrade and improvements to the home are too numerous to list here. We rented this home last year which was nice then, and the new owners have taken it to a whole new level! We have rented various homes in the Private drive neighborhood for the past 10 years and this house comfortably meet our needs better than any for our family of 15 (ages 3 - 67). We are already booked for 2025.
