New Oceanfront Home, Elevator, Private Beach Access, Gazebo & Sun Deck at Dune

We had the most amazing time! The view was breathtaking and everything in the house was set up perfectly for our large family vacation. We look forward to coming back!

Thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay! The oceanfront location is outstanding and the beach it is very quick and easy to access from the home. The sunset and ocean views were fantastic. We loved the gazebo and extra seating areas outside. The home was exceptionally equipped all around and very clean. The layout was perfect for our group. Loading in and out was super simple with the elevator. We hope this new home is well taken care of and remains at this level of excellence for years to come! We'd love to come back again!

We have been coming to topsail for almost 30 years and this was by far the nicest home we have stayed at. The layout was perfect for our family. Grandparents and two growing kids family’s. The adjoining rooms on the two first floor king bedrooms were great for our kids to be near their kids. We have already booked this home again next spring. Thank you Susan!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! The house was absolutely beautiful, professionally decorated, and perfectly located! Upon arrival, we were surprisingly greeted with a personal letter welcoming us to the house and a bottle of champagne for us to enjoy, a first in all my years of renting through VRBO. The house had that new house smell and the layout was perfect for our family with the 2 jack-n-jill bathrooms. The kitchenette on the middle floor with the coffee bar was a huge bonus, along with the well-stocked primary kitchen that had 2 sets of utensils/plates/glassware, tupperware and a real ice maker!!! Great walk-in pantry! They thought of everything!! The elevator was priceless, both for our elderly guest and for arrival and departure!! Having linens provided and beds pre-made felt like a luxury. There are no words to describe the LOCATION! Right on the beach with the best walkway. So many areas to sit and gather together or to retreat and have some quiet time. The porch swing was a welcomed treat and perfect to enjoy morning coffee. Hoses on all 3 levels of the deck to rinse or cool off was very nice. Being the last week in August we basically had the stretch of beach to ourselves. No getting up early to stake your territory! The views of the sunrise and sunset were something out of a magazine. Communications were prompt and instructions clear, especially the printout conveniently located in the kitchen for quick and easy reference. Highly recommend

We had the best family vacation! The house was super clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The beach was right there, a few steps from the house. We watched the sunrise from the deck in the morning. It truly felt like our own private oasis.The hosts were wonderful and made everything easy from start to finish.There was room for a small blow-up pool for our grandson on the deck, he loved it!!We can't wait to return!!

We loved our stay here. We visited for a week with a group of 10 that included 5 seniors with some mobility challenges. The elevator was a lifesaver. This was the perfect intergenerational vacation home. Everything was clean and nearly new. The kitchen was perfect for a large group. The beach was wonderful. Everyone had a blast. My only complaint is that the beds are a bit hard on our backs. But this was a minor issue — and not anything that would keep us from returning. The host was very responsive and overall we had a perfect stay!

The pictures of the property are a great representation of the house! It is immaculate and beautiful! We’ve never stayed at North topsail but it was quite nice and a bit more quiet than the south side where we usually are. 10 minutes Sneads Ferry that has a good fish market, bagel shop, beach stores, and a Food Lion. It was a great week! Just know that you have to rent beach chairs, umbrellas, a grill.

We loved being right on what felt like our own private beach! The covered picnic table and area to leave beach stuff was awesome! Our kids ate lunch there everyday. The house was nice and everything as advertised. The kitchen was nice and large with a big table. Susan was very friendly and made check in easy.

My family has been vacationing at North Topsail Beach for about 15 years. Ocean Oasis is by far the most amazing place we have ever stayed!! From the time you enter this beautiful home and convenience of the elevator that goes to all 3 floors. This home is beautifully furnished and yet it immediately feels like home away from home for the week. The beds are already made which after a day of traveling is fantastic. The amazing decks and furniture and the absolute most favorite place for my family to hang out was in our own little private paradise right down by the dune. We could sit and watch the ocean. Enjoy lunch or dinner and just creat beautiful lasting memories!! Susan is great to work with although I didn’t have any flaws to report about this house or property. We plan to return!!

Beautiful house, great layout, great location. Responsive hosts.

Overall great place to stay. Some ant issues but owner helped fix that, but besides that great house plenty of space and the elevator made it easy for elderly family members to get around with out issues.
