The house is distributed on a single floor and features a spacious and comfortable living-dining room next to a fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary and direct access to the external terrace.

It has a total of four bedrooms; three of them double rooms with built-in wardrobes, one of them with an en-suite bathroom and a fourth bedroom with two single beds.

It has a second complete bathroom with a jacuzzi. Outside there is a large terrace with a pergola for the whole group to dine, a barbecue, swimming pool, garden and grounds surrounding the house.



As mentioned previously, it is a house with a swimming pool located in a rural setting, very welcoming and surrounded by nature. On a small adjoining plot there are chickens and ducks and a small vegetable garden with orange and lemon trees, which will be entertainment for the little ones in the family, as they will also be able to collect fresh eggs daily.



On the other hand, once a week a trusted person will come to feed them using a side access to the property. Additionally, this person will clean the pool.



This house has very good connectivity with the entire island, as it is 3 minutes from the motorway that crosses Mallorca, 15 minutes from the best beaches on the island and 30 minutes from Palma. Ideal for those looking to have a relaxing holiday and enjoy a vacation with family or friends.

For this reason, a car is recommended, ideal for visiting the rest of the island.



About 5 minutes' drive away is Campanet, a small village where you can access supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, bars and other services.



Check-in and check-out is flexible, as long as there are no other bookings, in which case check-in must be at 16:00 and check-out at 10:00.



IMPORTANT. For bookings from BOOKING and VRBO: The customer must pay in advance 30% of the total of their booking through a completely secure payment link or by bank transfer, the remainder will be paid on the day of their arrival or 10 days before.

In the Balearic Islands we must charge this tax to our customers, the amount is €2 per night and per person up to eight nights, from the ninth night onwards €1 per night and person will be charged.
