Excellent house and location. Really enjoyed the stay.

We had an excellent time and we’re very happy with where we are staying. Everything is just as it says it was supposed to be amazingly clean and just relaxing as it could be.

The property is even better than the photos suggest. The property owners went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. Neighbors were great, too. A very pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

This is one of the nicest properties one will ever stay. The location is outstanding and the property has everything you need to be on a relaxing vacation. Top notch place !!!!!!

Very nice host. Location is great. Pools close by. House has everything you need to enjoy your time in the Villages. The house is well maintained. You get the morning newspaper each day. Convenient to Sumter Square, Spanish Springs Square, and all major shopping. Most items in the house are in new, or hardly used, condition. We look forward to our next visit.

We rented this lovely Piedmont home for the month of March. Had no idea what the Villages even was until we got there! It's huge. We went there to golf, and we did get out every day of our stay. The house is almost too big for the 2 of us, but we appreciated the space. This would be perfect for 2 couples to rent, or if you had your kids and grandkids coming down. Plenty of enough space to spread out and not be on top of each other. Exceptionally CLEAN and to have recliners and a 75 tv with decent cable was huge to us for a month long stay. Kitchen has tons of baking dishes and glassware. (I'd suggest getting a regular coffee pot though vs. that single serve Keurig). We ended up buying a coffee pot as we found the single serve didn't quite keep up with us - ha! Nice outdoor screened-in patio with Weber and nice seating area and umbrella for shade. Very comfortable bed, plenty of linens and towels. Golf cart worked well and was pretty much our basic mode of transportation while there. A 5 minute car ride to the Publix. Walmart 20 minutes. Sumter Square was about 20 minutes away as well. This house is on the north end of the Villages, so you'll be always heading south to activities. We liked it up on that end, as there was less traffic overall. The house itself is on a cul-de-sac, but the rear of the house where you have the living spaces faces a main, busy road, so you will hear noise (those early morning golfers heading out by 7 a.m & the lawn service trucks), Kinda noisy when sitting outside on the patio, but it wasn't a deal breaker. Actually, entertaining to see all the different styled golf carts driving by. You do have a pool neighbor next door, but never saw them use it the whole month we were there. Another neighbor directly behind you who faces your patio, but again, never saw them outside. Could see them in their home though. Overall, this is an outstanding rental home. The owners are easy to work with. They've set it up for guests to live comfortably while there. They did require a $5,000 deposit which we thought was really high compared to any other place we've rented. Took an email to get it credited back to our credit card, so just passing that on for informational reasons. They have a beautiful home and want insurance for damage, so we get it. A very clean home, with comfortable furniture & well equipped. We'd return & would recommend it.

Beautiful three bedroom home at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Two car garage with golf cart included (which is a MUST to enjoy all that The Villages offers). Both a four-season porch and a large screened in lanai with a brand new large gas grill was wonderful. All furniture and ammenities such as cooking/eating utensils, linens and towels were also brand new. Our entire experience was top notch.
