New Modern Lake House at Balsam Lake

Beautiful, comfortable home in a fantastic setting overlooking the lake. Extremely clean and kitchen was very well stocked with everything you may need. Beds were super comfy. The screened in porch was our morning place for coffee and looking out on the lake...perfect way to start the day. The dock was nice & also had 2 chairs to sit and ponder the day. Although we did not use the outside fireplace, it was a nice addition. Unfortunately, it was quite chilly and rainy for a good part of our stay, but was cozy inside with the wood fireplace. Very nice home!! Jacob was always quick to respond to any questions we had. I would love stay here again someday. Thank you, Jacob!

Just as nice as the listing appears. Beautiful lakefront home with all amenities you could want, great fishing and swimming, access to a kayak and paddle boards. The property is kept very well. We stayed Sunday to Friday and found the lake to be mostly quiet during that time.

We had a fantastic stay at this modern lake house at Balsam Lake! The home is exactly as pictured, clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed with high-end finishes throughout. The open-concept living space and expansive windows made it easy to enjoy the lake views from almost every room. The kitchen was perfect for cooking meals together, and we especially loved the screened deck area for morning coffee and evening drinks.The lake access was a highlight, perfect for kayaking, fishing and just soaking in the peaceful setting. We’d absolutely recommend this property and would love to return. It’s a great place to relax, recharge, and enjoy everything Balsam Lake has to offer!

We had a great time. Looking forward to coming back and using the lake.

My family and I had such a great time. My 3 kids fished everyday while we were there. The views of the lake were beautiful, we enjoyed coffee on the deck everyone morning while enjoying the lake. The check in and out was breeze. My family and I really enjoyed our stay!

Everything about this place was amazing - immaculate through out, well stocked kitchen, gorgeous views of the lake, screen room was where I spent 90% of my time(when I wasn’t outside!). Everyone loved the toys and the swim raft on pontoons. Jacob was easy to communicate with and always responded promptly. To be honest, this was not the cabin we originally booked - the one we had a reservation for was sold so in spring we had to scramble to find a new place - we lucked out that this cabin was available for our exact dates. Such a blessing in disguise - so glad it worked out how it did!

Great location for us. Beautiful property with lots of room. However, there were big dust bunnies under all the furniture and dead bugs in the drawer of the table in the living room. I washed the pillowcases of the double bed in the basement bedroom because they smelled. I’m certain they were not washed from the prior guest. You could use another hairdryer in the downstairs bathroom. We shared with those using the upstairs bathroom. We loved the location on the lake and the house itself. Just needs a more thorough cleaning between guests.
