This place was absolutely perfect! My niece was getting married so my elderly parents, all of my sisters and our adult children came into town, 12 adults in all. We all had plenty of space, bathrooms were very nice and spacious, (we all commented that we never ran out of hot water for 12 people), kitchen was fantastic roomy and clean, and the rooftop patio was amazing for us to all be able to sit and visit. This place was very clean and comfortable, roomy and well stocked for our long weekend stay. The one biggest bonus, to me, was that each floor could control their own AC so we all could be comfortable at night. Caleb, our host, was friendly, great communicator, and easy to work with.Highly recommend!

Great stay house was exactly as described just need a bigger hot water heater

The property was as described, close proximity to MTSU with plenty of room for our group. The host was excellent and prompt with all communications. Would definitely book this property again.

We were a group of multiple families with kids. This property was perfect for us. All of the adults got bedrooms and the kids camped out in the upstairs living room. The kitchen was well equipped for making breakfast and lunches. Everything is very clean and well kept up. The owners were quick to respond when we had questions. We had an excellent stay. We Really enjoyed the pamphlet they shared prior to our trip. It had a lot of good information.

Home was large and amazing. Close to shopping and freeeays. Had enough room for all 17 of us to stay comfortably. We loved our stay and definitely recommend.

The owners were very nice, we stayed here with my family, my sisters, their families and all of our children. It was a great experience that we all got to be together for once on a trip. Anything that we had questions about owners were a text away. We ordered Walmart groceries the day of checking in and was stuck in traffic, the owners texted and offered to bring them inside for us which was kind of them. The place was perfect for us, very spacious, clean, and beautiful. Thank you for renting out the space to us. We won’t forget the trip!
