Brand New Luxury Mountain Home with Breathtaking Views of the surrounding mountains and ski hill. Decorated with high end finishes and bedding!

Our home is in the heart of Granby Ranch just minutes from skiing, mountain biking, 3 world class golf courses, Rocky Mountain National Park, and Grand Lake. Our location offers year round activities for the whole family with views from the canyon to the continental divide! We also have a front row seat from our deck of all Granby Ranch fireworks!

Our home offers 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths and sleeps 12 comfortably! We have a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to make a large family meal. We are also equipped with main level A/C during the summer months for extra comfort!

Our main level features our open concept kitchen/dining, main level family room with sectional, large TV, and fireplace. This space is perfect for curling up after a day of skiing and taking in the floor to ceiling views! Our dining area features a dining table with seating for 8 plus additional seating at the kitchen bar. Our kitchen is stocked with everything you may need to cook a large family meal! Step out onto our patio and enjoy a family meal at our large outdoor dining table with grill for your use.

The master bedroom completes this level with a large king size bed, a private deck, and 5 piece en-suite bathroom.

Our Lower level features a beautiful second family room with large sectional, a huge TV and a fireplace. Open the double doors to your private hot tub off the deck!

This level also offers a second king suite, a 3rd bedroom with 1 queen and 1 twin XL, and a 4th bedroom with a twin XL over queen bunk and a twin XL over twin XL bunk.

Granby ranch offers skiing for the winter season, downhill mountain biking in the summer, and a golf course. There are also festivals all summer long at the base of the resort. You are also just minutes from both Grand Elk and Pole Creek golf courses. Winter Park is a short 15-minute drive down the road, with Grand Lake and the entry to Rocky Mountain National Park just 30 mins down the road!

All Winter Park House properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker(Keurig and standard), cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances(griddle, crock pot, blender, food processor, rice cooker and waffle maker). We also offer a large capacity washer and dryer for your use.

Other Amenities:
The Ranch House at Granby Ranch (5 minutes away by car) has a ping-pong table, foosball, and a fitness center with weights, treadmills, etc. Current rates for guests of Granby Ranch: $10 for a Day Pass per guest (kids 6 and under are free). Simply provide a copy of your reservation with the address showing.

- 5 minute drive to Ski Granby Resort Parking Lot (where entrance, the Ranch House, and
the various seasonally-available dining options are located).
- Hiking and Biking Trails accessible outside the property.
- 5 minute drive to Granby Ranch Golf Course
- 8 minute drive to Grand Elk Golf Course
- A Disc Golf Course is available during the Summer via chairlift access via day lift passes.
- Lift-accessed downhill mountain biking and cross-country trails available. (Requires
signed liability waiver and either a day pass or lift ticket purchase)
- 30 minute drive to Grand Lake and the Kawuneeche Visitor Center in Rocky Mountain
National Park
- 30 minute drive to Winter Park Ski Resort

House Rules

1.) Please respect our county wide quiet time hours are 9pm to 7am. Our county does fine for violations and that will be at your expense.
2.) No events of any kind permitted at any time. Violations will result in immediate eviction and $1500 fine.
3.) No outdoor fires are permitted at any time.
4.) No more than our stated allowed number of vehicles total at our home. No on-street parking allowed at any time. Our HOA does fine, and tow and you will be responsible for any fine incurred.
5.) All of our rentals are non-smoking. By signing this contract, you are stating that you will not smoke in our vacation rentals. You will lose your deposit if evidence of smoke is found once you check out.
6.) You and your guest are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items.
7.) No boats or trailers are to be parked at our rental properties. Any fines from the homeowner association, as a result of this broken rule, will be charged to the refundable deposit.

Our home is equipped with noise/smoke sensors. Exterior cameras are also present.

    This lovely home had everything we needed and more. I appreciated the abundance of kitchen supplies as we ate most of our meals at home. Our kids loved the hot tub and having their own living area with a tv. Absolutely perfect for two families to stay!

    We stayed here for four nights with our entire family, ranging in age from 60 to 4 and had a wonderful time! The home is exactly as described and gave our extended family of 10 plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is well stocked and the management company was especially responsive and helpful! It was one of the very cleanest VRBO properties we have stayed in, which was SO NICE! Very easy and quick drive to the base of the mountain for skiing! Highly recommend this property and we will definitely be back! The property and the skiing was top notch! :)

    This is a nice home with a good layout for our kids and grandkids. It is about a 5 minute drive to the base of Granby Ranch ski area. What I liked about the house:-Nice kitchen with plenty of seating for our group of 5 adults and 4 children- a two car garage that is heated which is a plus on cold winter mornings. -lower level family room great for kids-Spacious bedrooms, walk in closets and bathrooms- great views from many places in the house-heated bathroom floor in master bedroom - hot tub nice and was something the kids really likedWhat I didn’t like- master bedroom on main level had no lamps on the nightstands. You had to walk in the dark after you turned off the overhead lights. The overhead lights in the room are extremely bright with no dimmers. (There are no dimmers on any of the lights in the house) The bath in this room also had a drain that would not stay open making it unusable -the fireplace in the family room works on a remote that no one could get to work including my high tech kids- one of the shades in the family was broken and would not closeThese are relatively minor things that could easily be remedied, but I would ask about them if I were renting the house. Overall we found the house very nice and our stay enjoyable

    This home was very well stocked. We had a group of 12 that enjoyed the slopes at Granby Ranch. The home had a fully stocked kitchen, humidifiers, & plenty of storage in the garage for ski stuff. The hot tub was a major perk and the beds slept very comfortably. This is not ski in and ski out, but it is a very short drive up the mountain. The views are amazing!

    We thoroughly enjoyed our 1 week stay in this beautiful home! It truly felt like home. Plenty of space for our family of 7 (five kids ages 4-14) to spread out and yet all be together if we wanted to. Comfortable beds. Nice bedding & furniture. Huge windows with beautiful mountain views. Ceiling fans in every room, plus extra fans in closet to cool down in the evenings (stayed in August). Loved opening the windows at night and filling the rooms with cool, crisp, fresh mountain air. We used the full size washer & dryer many times throughout our stay. Always appreciate when detergent is provided. Home was stocked with plenty of towels, toilet paper, hand soap, Kleenexes, trash bags... Seems like not many rentals do this any more. The home was in a great location for what we needed. We spent several days in Rocky Mountain National Park (30 minutes to west entrance, 2 hour drive across trail ridge road to Estes park), day trips to Breckenridge/Silverthorne (1.5to 2 hours), Winter park (30 minutes), Grand Lake (30 minutes), Glenwood Canyon (2.5 hours). It was fun to get out and see the sights, but always felt so good to get back at the end of the day to our comfortable house. If we ever come back to this area we would not hesitate to rent this home again. Thank you!

    Beautiful, clean, quality appointments and thoughtful design, spacious (uncluttered), perfect location, amply supplied with dishes, flatware & all you would need kitchen supplies. 7 women with no complaints…you know it was an exceptional retreat. Views were priceless.

    Our 2 families had a fabulous stay at Granby. The house was as described, had plenty of room, and was just minutes from the Granby ski area. The home, though listed as a Winter Park house is not in WP, it is indeed in Granby. It wasn’t a problem for us as we were skiing both mountains but it is about 25 min from WP. The boat was incredibly responsive and kind. I do recognize that I am very particular, but it could have been cleaner- hair in drawers, water ring in bath, and red stain on bunk comforter. Again, host was made aware so that the cleaning could be addressed and it may not be an issue but I love thorough reviews. Overall the home worked great for 2 families and was amply supplied.
