The property was very clean. Linens were abundant and smelled fresh. Quality cookware. Location was very convenient to main road to Burnsville. We didn't have a pet, but we didn't notice any evidence of pets being inside.

This cabin was a good spot for our family of four on our trip to explore the WNC mountains. It was our first time in the state, and several of the areas we wanted to see where within an hour of the house. It was located on a very quiet and beautiful street and the front porch is a lovely place to sit and admire the setting. Some of the amenities (towels, pillows, cleaning supplies for the kitchen etc) are dated and could use refreshing. However, this is located in such a beautiful area, and the house is very convenient to the highway while still feeling very remote and private.

Had a great stay. Loved having washer and dryer. Very clean. We ended up getting Covid and cutting vacation short. Spoke with Chris (owner) who was very nice checking in on our stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Great house, great view and close enough to Asheville. House is just a short drive from Asheville making visits quick and easy, yet far enough away to enjoy the sights and sounds of rural North Carolina. House is well-cared for and comfortable.....we plan to return!

Great property, great time. We'll definitely be back. Only thing I would add would be ceiling fans in the bedrooms!

I booked this beautiful vacation home for our 20th anniversary and vacation. We also had our 3 fur babies with us. The house was exactly as described on the website. It was actually much larger than we thought it would be. The kitchen was supplied with everything you need to cook large meals. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch watching the hummingbirds, deer and even saw turkey. The location is private, but not secluded area. Also, it is not far from a grocery store. If we had any questions, they responded very quickly. Directions, check-in was super easy and very detailed. We can’t wait to visit again.

We stayed for a long weekend and loved every minute of it. Off the beaten path but directions were great! Loved watching the deer from the deck and soaking in the hot tub. Convenient to Biltmore, zip lining @ Navitat, river tubing and Asheville arts district. House is super clean with a very well equipped kitchen. Had everything we needed.

Our plans included activities in Ashville, Mount Mitchell, and Pisgah National Forest. Much bigger than we needed for just the two of us, but worth it for the location. Mornings on the back deck were incredibly peaceful, there were rabbits, deer and a fox wandering around, and so many birds! Although we didn't cook at the house, the kitchen is stocked with everything you'd need to do so. Plenty of parking, quiet area, incredibly peaceful and relaxing.
