New listing - spacious 4BR/4BA with pool, elevator, easy beach access & VIEWS!

Great location. Great views off the back decks. Townhouse was spacious but wasn't really as clean as it should have been. Dishwasher was still running, so maybe it was a rushed job. Broken lamps, coffee grounds in coffee pot had mold on them, hair in shower on second floor bathroom, and the oven looks like it hadn't been cleaned in forever. Host stated no one had been recently, but he did offer to have cleaners come back. Since we unpacked and had our things out, we passed on the offer. So, maybe that was my fault in saying no. Just didn't want others coming in after we arrived. On a positive, most of our time was out on the beach so we focused on that. No hot tub as stated, but pool was fun for my grandchildren. Our family made some great memories at N. Topsail. It is my first review of this nature. This has been tough to do. Felt like everyone is paying a cleaning fee, it should have been cleaned well and it is such a nice place. Hope the next guests will find it in better shape.

We came to town for a wedding but added a few days and had our first ever full family vacation. This house allowed for us all to be under one roof. The elevator made it possible for my mother who struggles to get around to join us on every floor and allowed her to be independent.

We had a great experience with the property and our stay great views of the sound and sunset. The pool was a great bonus.

Our family (parents and kids aged 17,15, and 13) and three 13-year old friends stayed at this property for a long weekend. We found the location to be beautiful---gorgeous decks with views of the sound---and a very short walk to a quiet section of the beach. The house was comfortable and well-equipped and great for a group. We enjoyed the pool and kitchen/living area particularly! The hosts were communicative and everything was easy and complete. Highly recommend!

Plenty of room to spread out, yet cozy. Wonderful views and close to everything. Owners were easy to work with.

Was the perfect location for a beach wedding. Listing was accurate and the short walk to the beach worked out great. Owners own both sides of the building so it's awesome for a super large gathering. My only suggestion would be to provide extra pillowcases for the pillows in the closet and beach towels. Listing shows towels aren't included so it wasn't a surprise but they take up a lot of luggage space and would be nice if provided. We had a great time here and will certainly book again if we return to the area. We give the owners and property a strong recommendation.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It appeared just as the listing showed and stated. It seemed larger than pictures, big plus! I loved the porch off the living room, such a beautiful and peaceful view. I enjoyed my morning coffee there. The elevator was so nice as we had someone who cannot do stairs. The pool is right next door. We had plenty of room for our group. The walk to the beach wasn’t too bad either. We really liked how that part of Topsail isn’t commercialized and very quiet.

My family and I stayed for 7 nights. There were 7 adults and 2 kids. The size of the house was perfect. It's very close to the beach. About a 4 to 5 min walk across the street and down a path. Very convenient! There is also a community pool near the house which was great because we actually ended up using the pool more than the beach. The neighbors were very friendly and we all took our turns in the pool (3hrs at a time). There is an elevator in the house that takes you up or down to each floor. That was convenient especially when carrying luggage or groceries up & down. There are two master bedrooms (with king size beds and bathrooms inside them). Two rooms with queen sized beds, and then one more bedroom with a full size bed and bunk beds. LOTS of space!! The hosts were extremely nice and kept in contact with me and answered any questions I had during my stay. The house allows for three vehicles but we needed an extra spot on 4th of July and they were able to accommodate! Check in time is 4pm and check out is 10am. The hosts sent me a guide book to help us during our stay. It was very helpful. The guidebook is filled with things to do, info about the home, and the check in/out processes. Check out was very easy- remove all the bedding and sheets, clean all of the dishes and put them away, empty the dishwasher and remove all trash. Things like that. We would definitely stay there again, and huge thanks to the hosts for being friendly and extra helpful when needed!
