Stayed May 21, 2026Our family had a wonderful time during our stay over memorial Day weekend. The house is very comfortable and the views are beautiful! The home is stocked with everything we needed and lots of little extras provided by the host , Mark and Lisa, to make our stay even more comfortable for us. We had our three grandchildren with us, Lisa was very kind and thought of so many extras to accommodate them. There was a highchair, pack and play, sippy cups, toys. and lots of other details that showed how much thought was put into making our stay as comfortable as possible. The house was very clean, spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The location is great right on the water and just short drive to Rehoboth or Bethany beaches. It rained a lot on our trip but we still had a wonderful time staying at the house together just playing games , enjoying the view and having meals together there. Mark and Lisa are very kind and accommodating host. We look forward to staying in their beach house again soon!

Stayed Aug 19, 2025Quiet peaceful neighborhood. Bery well decorated interior. Very spacious. My son used the kayak in bay. Owner of property lived next door. They were not intrusive. Very helpful and thoughtful after the storm. Highly recommend this property.
