The house was perfectly located for the things we needed to do in the area. We had no issues at all; every single thing was as described. 😃

Great place. Older, but very clean and modern.Beds were very comfy. All we need was clothes and food. Quiet neighborhood in a perfect location. Hope to stay here again in the future.

Super close to a gorgeous lake. Easy to get to downtown, restaurants, or the beach with a car. Theres a fire pit and grill in the backyard.

Great place to stay!

Very clean and convenient location next to the lake. Perfect for our family of four plus mini-Aussie. O good communication with host. Only cons for us were the backyard (infested with fire ants), the yard is not 100% fenced in, and the security cameras were a bit much. Coffee maker lid broken, light bulb burnt out in one bedroom, and polyester sheets uncomfortable. Overall, we would stay again for the price and location.

The house was exactly what my wife and I needed. We were in town for a wedding.Very clean. The kitchen has everything you may need. The bed was really comfortable. The heating and air conditioning worked great and easy to operate. Owner quickly responded to any questions I had. I would totally recommend.

Our second visit and we would definitely return again. A very clean home that is nice and comfortable. Very convenient to things for an affordable rate.

We loved our stay here with our daughter and 2 dogs. Very clean and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. Excellent communication with host. This is an older neighborhood but we felt safe and all the neighbors we met walking our dogs were friendly. We loved our walk to the nearby pond. We would stay here again.

Very clean house, with everything you need to eat at home. Very close to golf, beaches and walking areas. I would recommend this VRBO to anyone needing to stay in the area.

Wonderful property. Close to downtown Wilmington Riverwalk, shops and only 10 mins to Wrightsville beach. In a great neighborhood and quiet. Kitchen is amazingly stocked with a wide array of appliances and dishes. Would highly recommend for small families that want to be close to the beach but without all the noise and partying in the evening.

Super cute home just minutes from everything! We came in town to visit UNC Wilmington with our daughter and fell in love. It was so nice coming back from our adventures each day to such a comfy and cozy home. The home was very clean, organized and comfortable. We also enjoyed the fire pit in the backyard.

The house was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. It was very cozy and Fred checked in with me constantly to make sure we had everything we needed. It’s a very convenient 5 minute drive from the Riverwalk which I loved!

The home was as pictured, very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is older but this home has been updated and taken care of. The neighborhood was very quiet and felt safe. The driveway is shared so for a larger vehicle like our truck, we found it best to park on street and had no issues. There were paper towels, hand soap and linens provided which was so nice. The beds were comfortable and they had a fan (we travel with one anyway bc we can’t sleep without it). This home was perfect for our little family getaway. The Jack and Jill bathroom worked out fine for the 3 of us! The home was close to downtown Wilmington (a short drive) as well as the beaches. The owner checked in several times throughout our stay and was very responsive. I highly recommend this home if staying in Wilmington!

Small updated older home. Very clean and well cared for. Property management was very responsive to questions and welcomed us to their home. Perfect for four! Very close to down town. Fenced back yard which was a plus for our fur baby.

This house was perfect for our stay! The location is amazing. The living area and kitchen are open and inviting. The bedrooms are a good size. The bathroom is small but it’s all we needed. Our host was terrific!

In town for a couple shows at the amphitheater. Close to walk.House is cute! Amazing wood floors and great beds.Backyard fenced for our pup, and BIG!House had all we needed - I’m sure there is a reason they don’t provide shower soap and shampoo, but no big deal. Saw comments about the shower head - but it worked, and probably saves some water We didn’t do any cooking there, but service plates, glasses and silver there were plenty.Some missing paint here and there…. But didn’t affect our stay.A/C worked great! This will be our new go to when in town! Appreciate the hospitality.

Stayed here with a friend for 3 nights. Perfect for two people. The lake is a nice walk! Property manager was very communicative and professional. Highly recommend

Property was neat, clean, bright & cheery in a quiet neighborhood. Single car parking. Two spacious bedsmall closet

The beds were very comfortable. We slept well. A couple of maintenance issues should be addressed. The shower head in the bath is defective and should be replaced. The is some black mold around the bathroom window. The paint is peeling around various baseboards and windows. No working light over the stovetop.

Perfect stay during winter. Host communicated very well and made sure my stay was comfortable. Instructions were easy to follow and the house was warm. Very clean house with no issues. The TV had a nice feature for guests so you could sign into your own subscriptions. Lovely fenced in back yard to let the dog out and run.

The rooster next door, he was an active fella, lol......everything was nice, more comfortable than a hotel room. Close to the event/work obligations. The only thing was the heat, we kept the bedroom and bathroom doors open so the heat could filter throughout the front rooms. Thank you Jeffrey Long T

This house was perfect for me! The location was convenient to Greenfield Lake, where I enjoyed watching the runners in the half-ironman triathlon. And it is a short few minutes from downtown. The property is exceptionally clean, and provides all the basic needs. The neighborhood was quiet, friendly, and safe, and the house was the perfect size for me.

Efficient and clean, suited my needs, enjoyed my stay at property. Very close to cape fear.

The host was so gracious. He was pleasant to communicate with and let us check in hours before our check in time. If you don’t want to be right in town, and in the middle of the hustle and bustle, then this a great little quiet place to stay.

This house was the perfect size for our small group. Clean and cozy and stocked with everything we needed to stay for a week. The location is in very close proximity to downtown Wilmington, and it was very easy to get around. The host was very easy to communicate with and the check in/out process was very clear and simple.

When we first arrived the first thing you noticed was the green algae growing on the siding, and windows. Once inside the house was clean and tidy, but a bit sterile and not very homey. The kitchen has fairly new appliances that do work. The garbage cans are right beside the small side porch and had a strong smell of rotting seafood. The small porch needs to be replaced because it is way past its years, spongy wet rotting wood, could be a safety hazard for older folks. The back yard is a mess with overgrown vines and not much grass. We will not be staying here again. Be sure to bring shampoo, soap, and laundry detergent because none is provided by the host.

Great place to stay if going to Greenfield Lake Amphitheatre! Very clean!

When I tried to book trip insurance after reserving, it said there was no record of the reservation, so I reached out to the property manager to confirm. Took almost two weeks to get a response after reaching out twice. Not that big a deal… Got to the property and bathroom sink was clogged and causing a bad smell, so we tried multiple times to contact the property manager by phone, message, etc. and got zero response. We ended up having to do the maintenance ourselves because we couldn’t stand the smell which is completely unacceptable. Plenty of other homes in the area to choose from, so recommend giving your business to them
