Welcome to Our Beautiful Home with Spacious Outdoor Areas

Step into our inviting home, featuring a flat yard and a charming front porch with four rocking chairs. As you enter through the front door, you'll find a dining room with a table that seats eight. To the left is a convenient closet, while the fully equipped kitchen on the right boasts seating for four, an air fryer, and everything you need for a great meal.

Bedroom 1: A serene retreat with tan walls, a king-size bed, a nightstand with a lamp, a dresser, a ceiling fan, and a closet. The private bath includes a shower, a large tub, a toilet with a bidet, and two sinks.

Bedroom 2: The cozy blue room features a queen bed, two nightstands with lamps, a closet, and blackout shades.

Bedroom 3: Perfect for families, this room has a twin-over-full bunk bed, a built-in desk, and a closet.

Adjacent to Bedroom 1 is the living room, equipped with two couches (seating three each), two comfy chairs, a table, and access to a screened porch. Enjoy movie nights on the 55” Smart LG TV, with additional lighting from end tables and a floor lamp.

The screened porch offers two couches with seating for five, leading to a small deck and stairs down to the dock. The dock includes two deck chairs, a pedal boat, two life jackets, and a 12 x 33-foot upper deck with two recliners.

Please note boat tie up is at the bulkhead, not the dock, as the cove is narrow.

Full access of the house except from some Owner's cabinet.

Boats are privately owned boats and are not part of rental.

We provide a starter set of supplies including dish soap, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags and dish soap. Basically enough to last a few days.

We love hosting guests with dogs! To ensure a comfortable experience for everyone, please follow these guidelines:

- Keep dogs on a leash when outside at all times.
- No dogs on the furniture, including beds and couches.
- We allow up to 2 dogs less than 65 pounds with a Pet fee $100.
