We were warned about noise past 10. However, every neighbor there has dogs barking all night long. It is a permanent residential neighborhood. So as a VRBO renter you get hated looks from the neighbors. The neighbor to the left of you is still under construction which works on his house throughout the night. The backyard is not private. The neighbors around the backyard have two story homes that look into the pool area. And the backyard is very small, probably 15'x24'. Also, the master bedroom bed very hard and bed sheets were dirty. The master bedroom A/C condensation drips into the room. I thought it was water coming from the shower that's on the other side of the wall. However, that night i put a carpet to cover the water puddle and later heard a drip. To discover it was coming from up above from the A/C. Also, nowhere to leave your garbage outside when leaving.
