Beautiful condo with spectacular view and on one of the best location

This beautiful condo was perfect. Very clean and spacious, close to shopping locations. The staff works hard to assist and keep the place looking beautiful. Very thankful to Yolao, the manager, who was friendly and offered great service. For sure, going back again in the future and would recommend to anyone.

It is a very large newly renovated condo right on the ocean. It's big enough for four adults without being under each other's feet. There is a very nice heated pool that is shared with the other condos; there are six condos total. Yoalo (Joe) the manager speaks English and is very easy to get a hold of. Walmart is within a block and a half, Starbucks is two blocks away, and La Comer is three blocks away. There is also a very good breakfast place, Cabana del Indio, very close to Walmart. You can't lose.

A very nice place. You will never be disappointed with this condo. It has every convenience to make one feel right at home...a full size refrigerator, washer, dryer, dishwasher, gas range, microwave oven, Flat screen TV, a decent WiFi, and a good working AC system, comfy beds, two very nice bathrooms, lots and lots of storage space, and nice decor. The staff is very accommodating and always available. Walmart and La Comer, a nice size market along with other stores are a short walk away from the unit. This is a place to which we will be returning time and again for at least a month at a time. We truly enjoyed breakfast on the terrace just taking in the refreshing sea breeze. Other times we just kick back in the lounge chairs watching the ships going and coming into port. There is a swimming pool, a small gym and a pool table on the property. You can step from the building onto the beach where you can walk for miles and feel safe. Thanks again to the staff for making us feel as part of the family.

This is a difficult time for a review. We have just returned home from this property a week early because of the COVID19. The property is very nice. SPACIOUS clean and the endless views are amazing. We loved sitting on the deck watching birds ,whales, ships, and local fisherman. (Your own giant big screen tv. ) You can walk the beach for an hour before you have to turn around. The property size of approx. 7 units was perfect. The outdoor swimming pool next to beach ,fabulous.. Very friendly guests to share swim time and conversations. The small efficient staff were perfect. From our great property manager. Yolao who went beyond the call of duty, to Marguerita and maintenance guy. Everything you need is within blocks of walking , or more adventureous take the very affordable bus system. We look forward to returning in better times.

when We arrived we were greeted by the property manager, a lovely man and later met the owner who also is a lovely person. The property is as advertised, neat, tidy and clean. Perfectly located within walking distance of shopping and city buses. The wave crash against the shore and lull you to sleep. Once accustomed to the place you never need to lock doors or worry about strangers coming in. In short, a great place to spend time in the sun and sand. Del and Shannon Canada
