This is a charming property in a charming town. Parking can be challenging in New Hope so the ability to easily park at the property and walk to town is huge. The hosts are very welcoming and are knowledgeable about the area. We highly recommend.

Stay was perfect…date night for one night. The attic room was perfect TV, Small fridge, coffee etc. Phil & Marcy are the perfect hosts….very friendly and welcoming! New Hope is a cute!!!

A beautiful place to rest your head. 5 minute walk from downtown New Hope. Well appointed, spotlessly clean. Phil and Marcy are warm and wonderful hosts. Recommended enthusiastically.

Fabulous place!! Room is big and has everything you need. Bed is comfy. Phil and Marcie are so nice and accommodating. If we could give 10 stars, we would! Walking distance to everything. Brought our bikes and rode the canal. Back for a shower and nap, then back out for drinks and dinner. Perfect place for a couple looking for a weekend getaway. Thank you!

The couple who own and live in the property are very accommodating and respectful of your space at the same time. They are willing to help in any way, although they have the place so perfectly set up that its hard to any additional needs. Location is perfect as its only a 5 min walk to the heart of the main strip. Id definitely recommend this listing to a friend or family member.

Wonderful hosts! Room was large and very accommodating. Even had small coffee bar and fridge. Bathroom was one floor down but still very private. Location was fantastic, just several blocks from Main St.

Great location! You can park and walk. The room is awesome with so many nice detail's. The bed is comfy. You walk down a short flight of well lit stairs to the bathroom. We would definitely come back for another stay!

Great place to stay

This was the perfect spot for short get away. My husband and I stayed for 1 night for our anniversary. It was so neat, clean and updated. Even though it was up on the third floor and you had to walk through the main part of the home. It was so private and quiet. This was so close to everything it was so convenient. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone.

Our stay was perfect in every way. Our hosts were hospitable, our accommodations were pleasant and very comfortable, and the location was excellent.

Location was perfect! The room and bathroom were top notch and had everything you needed. Kitchenette was a lovely bonus.

Phil and Marcy were delightful! The place was spotlessly. Everywhere you looked there was something charming and artful. Everything you needed was right there. Very close to all the action. Even made coffee and pastries for us in the morning. Could not have been more pleased.

This home has been completely renovated and is just plain gorgeous inside. The room they rent is spacious, clean and has amenities like a coffee maker, microwave and fridge/freezer. The private bathroom is no different--very clean and plenty of shelf space for your stuff. The hosts Phil and Marcie are wonderful folks! They were so nice and friendly. Location is great as well--about a 5 minute walk to the intersection of Bridge and Main St. Can't say enough about how much we enjoyed staying there!
