New home walking distance to downtown Fernandina & 8 minute drive to the Beach!

Fantastic property and location! We loved our stay there and would definitely book again. The home was exceptionally clean, the beds comfy, and we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend this home!

We loved this place. We come to Fernandina often and over many years, but still were surprised what a great location this house was. Yes, easily walk to town, but also a quick drive to the beach, the Publix store or really anywhere in town. Super comfortable sofa, chairs and beds! Exactly as pictures show; cute and beachy vibe and very clean. Host was great with communications. Easy self check-in. Hope to come back!

About a 12 minute walk to downtown Fernandina Beach in a quiet neighborhood. Great beds! Some traffic noise but not over the top.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was just the perfect place for me and my husband. We enjoyed walking to the downtown area. It was a quick walk and we loved looking at the houses along the way. I highly recommend this house.

My wife and I stayed Here for five nights in January 2025. Everything was nice. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. Train whistle gave us a wake up call each morning at 5:30 but it wasn’t really Anything we couldn’t brush off.Overall a nice place for a couple or small family.

My friends and I came in for a breast cancer walk. This house was the perfect size for three of us and provided comfort after long days. Great place! Highly recommend!!

Clean, well equipped home in the downtown area of Fernandina Beach. Easy access to restaurants and shopping. It was a great weekend!

This is a great house and very reasonably priced for the location. A few things. You are 1 mile from downtown. If you walk a mile in 25 minutes, it will take you 25 minutes to get downtown. If you walk a mile in 15, you get the idea. Also, there are no streetlights in the neighborhood. House was very comfortable and clean. But there were a few things we didn't like. The house is loud. You are close to the main street and the RR tracks. We had to use earplugs to sleep. The hot water heater is small, 50 or 60 gallons, or about 1.5 showers. It does have a quick recovery so once we figured that it it was ok. But with another couple could have been an issue. The upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom. Yes, we knew that from the pictures. It was only my wife and I so it was ok. Wouldn't want to share with another couple. Would we stay there again? If just the two of us yes we would. If another couple was coming along, I'd pass.

great to stay...on the edge of an outstanding neigaborhood. Some houses around not quite up to the overall beauty of the neighborhood. But we walked about 15 minutes to some great restaurants. We ate at the Patio the BoatHouse. Tip- next to The Patio is a wonderful Cigar Bar. The only note to be aware of is the two bedrooms upstairs share a full bath so make sure you are comfortable with sharing with another couple. There is a toilet and shower downstairs which worked out fine. The propane tank was empty but very responsive to fill up the tank. Outside patio area was very nice place to hang out. Will stay again

Me and my family had a wonderful time, as my MIL described it, a proper Amelia island place to stay!

We had a great time. The kitchen was very well stocked. Everything was very clean. Wish they had chairs on the upstairs balcony. That’s really our only complaint.

We had absolutely everything we needed and then some. Plenty of towels, trash bags, dishes, wine bottle opener, even scissors (which were needed-didn't think I would). The house looks newly built and beautifully decorated with a warm touch. Loved the balcony on the 2nd floor and the fenced in yard. Thank you Tracie for the last minute request of our additional guest. Recommend renting a golf cart a few blocks away at E-Wheelz or maybe a jet ski at the river. All you need (including the beach of course) within 5 minute drive from the house. Neighborhood is so-so but neighbors are very friendly. Very impressed with the home and the owner was very friendly and readily available for anything. Thank you Tracie so much!!

Loved the unit! Clean, well stocked kitchen, great small details like extra outlet covers with usb ports etc.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious, well stocked and very comfortable. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk to downtown. Will definitely stay here again.

We were in FL for a graduation/mini vacay. The house had everything we needed, was very comfortable and within walking distance to downtown. Unfortunately it was too hot for that but parking was not an issue. Anywhere we went was less than a 15 minute drive away. We enjoyed Beach Diner (great breakfast), First Love Brew Pub, Shuckers Oyster Bar and Grill and AIB Tavern. We loved everything about our trip to Amelia Island?

When I first saw the location, I was upset. BUT, the location turned out to be perfect. Not far from the beach. Close to downtown. Shopping and restaurants close. So my initial reaction was changed to happy! Beautiful little house with everything we needed.
