New-home suite home+fireplace+ski+hot tub+21 mi. to SLC

We got there at 8:30pm and it had not been cleaned. The toilet was plugged, floors had not been vacuumed, dishes in sink, no sheets for the twin bed, garbage in garbages and sheets were dirty. So we stayed up until 1 pm washing sheets, cleaning and unplugging the toilet. It took a while for the owner to get back to me. He told me that the lady cleaned the day before but the people extended their stay. They were unaware of them staying another night. He gave me my cleaning deposit back but we probably spent that on getting everything ready to go to bed. We had a wedding the next day. It was a nightmare. The towel bar fell off and the curtain rod was coming off the wall and the washing machine was so loud so no one could sleep. He did get someone to bring us some sheets at 11 pm. Still no single sheets and only one set of king sheets. They give no extra towels and one wash cloth. After talking with the guy he seemed nice and did apologized. That was nice.

I loved the location being so close to the District shopping center. The apartment was spacious and well appointed. The kitchen was stocked with almost every necessity you might need. The owner was quick to respond to every question I had.

Loved our stay here! The layout of the property was fantastic and plenty of space for everyone. Very clean, plenty of linens, comfortable beds, extra pillows. While we didn’t use much in the kitchen, it had everything we could have wanted! Location was great- close to everything. The assigned parking space was covered, so this was great on these hot summer days. We came into town for a sports event for my son and will definitely stay here the next time we are in town.

Roomy apartment two full size bedrooms with convertible couch and trundle bed for additional sleeping arrangements. Plenty of towels and linens, kitchen adequately stocked, gas fireplace made it very homey. Walk to all major shopping and restaurants. Designated covered parking spot with additional parking available.

This place was clean clean clean. It was very cozy and had so many little things that made staying there great. Host was great at communicating and check out duties were simple and very reasonable.

We just needed a one night stay to be close to Zions Bank stadium in Herriman. Very clean and had plenty of room for the four people we had. This is an apartment in an apartment complex, not a house as it leads you to believe.but the host is very nice and is in contact with you every step of the way. Beds were comfortable and very clean. It ended up being perfect for what we needed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this South Jordan VRBO. It was clean, comfortable, spacious, with views of the mountains from most windows, and convenient to shopping and restaurants. The host was gracious and responsive and provided detailed instructions every step of the way. It was one of the most enjoyable and pleasant VRBO's we have stayed in and we plan to return for future stays.

Family trip for a wedding. Appreciated the space for gathering and separate rooms for kids to nap. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Well equipped.

This was a nice place and we enjoyed our stay. The location was nice and communication with the property manager was good. We did find some of the check out instructions to be a bit much (stripping the beds and starting the washer). Overall, good stay, we just felt we were doing extra so the property manager wouldn’t have to do much later.

Apartment was very clean and located right next to restaurants and stores for convenient access to shopping. Pool is right across the street from apartment. Only negative was there was a little stress from the many rules which if broken would result in “fines” and the rules were not consistent with those provided in a book in the apartment and checkout instructions provided day of checkout. Also washing machine was broken and it was part of our choice to stay here. The host was very responsive. Overall great stay.
