Brand New 3-bedroom basement apartment with WiFi, AC in South Jordan

It was a quick one night trip. Everything was simple and clean and we would stay again.

Very nice place to stay, convenient for our skiing at different resorts. Room was very clean and host providied excellent instructions for check in and out.

Clean laundry

The host was very responsive and the apartment was very clean. The kitchen was surprisingly well stocked with cooking equipment and place settings. Spacious kitchen and bathroom, large tv, space heaters, nice neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.

Clean, comfy, good work space. They let us borrow their personal Ninja blender. The large TV in a separate room with a door made it easy for my spouse to work in the kitchen while my daughter and I binge-watched in the tv room. Nice touches of blankets on the sofas.

The host was really communicative and we appreciated how available she was to answer questions and how she worked with us on extending our stay. The amenities including the kitchen, laundry, and theatre room were great and made our stay that much more enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again.

Good place

We absolutely loved our stay in South Jordan. We were there for a family event for a week, and the location and amenities were perfect to meet our needs. The apartment was spacious and had plenty of room for our group of 6 adults and 1 teen. Mandy was available if/when we needed and communication was great. We would highly recommend this stay and will definitely choose to stay again next time we are in Utah.

Convenient Location

Everything was clean and the hosts instructions were clear checking in and out. Would definitely recommend if you’re in the valley!

Super clean with a piano, theater style room with a great sound system, and netflix, shops and restaurants nearby, not far from I-15, in the cul-de-sac of a high end with neighborhood, very safe.We would choose this place again in a heartbeat.

Great basement apartment with all desirable essentials. This worked great for our family, and it was super easy to work with the host and checking in and out. Absolutely hassle-free.

The basement apartment was fantastic. It was spacious, cozy and could accommodate a lot of people. It was clean, new and had most of what you needed. I would stay there again. It's also super close to a Walmart for shopping and the neighborhood was quiet.

Everything was Great! The host was easy to deal with & very kind. The property & home were in excellent condition. We had no issues & will be booking again in the future!

Mandy was superior host! Communication was second mile...clear, quick, and helpful before,l and during our stay. The soft carpet was an unexpected surprise! Kitchen was stocked and a water filter picture was filled with cold water in the fridge. The bedrooms accommodated our group and was very comfortable. We loved the TV and was able to sit and relax and chat in the TV room. We were especially grateful again to Mandy for her accommodations and allowing us to stay in her wonderful rental. Thanks again!

This place was perfect for us. Very centrally located, easy access to the main roads. The apartment was very quiet, clean, spacious, and has all the amenities you need. The property owners were very friendly and easy to deal with. Perfect place for the 4 of us.
