NEW HOME!!! On the Necanicum River, 2 blocks from Seaside Prom & Beach Access

Quiet, clean, well maintained property with easy access to beach.

The house was nice and a good fit for our party of 9. The house is advertised as sleeps 10, but the bedding in the house was only on the beds in the bedrooms which were for 7 people. The location was great for our needs as we did some razor clamming and tried crabbing on the bridge and beach. Communicating with owner was prompt and polite. I just wish owner would do a little more to upkeep the house with towel bars that were torn off the wall and provide bedding for 10 not 7. Teflon pots could also be replaced. Other than the small things that need improvement, it could be a 5 star for us instead of a 4 star.

So clean. My family loves to cook and the kitchen is fully stocked. I’m talking griddle, blender, toaster, coffee pot, big bowls, all the utensils, pots, pans. Absolutely amazing. Thank you.

This place was awesome! Great layout of bedrooms and bathrooms. So conveniently located for the beach. We didn’t get to use the hot tub, but it would have been a great perk.

The house was set up perfectly. This wasn’t the first time we’ve stayed there. We love the location. A little pricy. But we’ve enjoyed renting it. We will probably rent it again for the 3rd time next year

Was fine for our three day weekend. Rooms were decent sized. A few negatives: for a brand new house it seemed a little cheap. The towel bar was ripped off one bathroom and the toilet paper holder was ripped off another. Chipped paint all along the stair rails. A few other things. Just seemed odd for a brand new house. The cleaning fee of 200 seemed high for all they asked us to do (empty all garbage cans, wash and dry hottub towels, completely clean the bbq, close all the blinds, etc) just seemed like the cleaning fee only goes to cleaning the floors and the bedding since thats all that was left to do. But overall we had a nice time.

Everything was so pleasant and relaxed. The host was wonderful.

The house was very nice and spacious. Easy to get to and close enough to the beach. Hosts are quick to respond to questions.

The place was nice and accomadating. Would stay again but the windows need cleaning from mold and spider webs.

The house was clean and had everything we needed. We had problems with the internet, but the owner was very quick to help resolve the problem. I would stay at this house again!

This was a lovely home with a host who pays attention to detail and comfort. It is nicely situated at the end of the Prominade so it allows for easy access to restaurants and shops or a great start for a walk. Would absolutely recommend the property for a family to get some extra space in a comfortable and spacious home.

We like the area and we enjoyed the time with the family to enjoy all that was there to see & be together with family

The location was great, literally two blocks to the promenade/beach. It's right on the river, which makes for some great views, and the home included some thoughtful additions with a kitchen that was stocked with all the equipment you could need

This unit fit all of our needs regarding location, cleanliness, and amenities. I would 100% recommend this property to my friends and family and will revisit this if I'm in town in the future!

The layout worked really well for the 2 couples. We liked the open concept main floor. Everyone could visit no matter what they were doing. We did walk to Broadway (downtown Seaside). It took 15-20 minutes. Loved watching the birds in & around the river. We would stay here again.

Perfect location!

Went to Seaside for a golf tournament with the guys. We chose this house because it was in a great location and had plenty of space for all of us. The house is only a few years old and very well maintained and clean. The bedrooms are spacious with more than enough room to sleep 4 adult men. The living room and kitchen are setup great to relax and cook. And the hot tub out back overlooking the river was a great bonus! The house is about a 4 min drive to downtown and maybe a 15min walk which was great for evenings out. And a walk to the beach was less than 5min. The host was great to work with and quick with responding during the whole process. I would definitely recommend staying here if your looking for a home that has it all and is close to all the action Seaside has to offer!

We booked a 4-night stay Jan 2025. This home was very clean, well-appointed kitchen with all you need, river in back yard. Hot tub was perfect given we had much cooler temps. Had some mold and mildew in shower, but its Oregon. Only thing inwished it had was a fireplace. Owner was reponsive to questions. My only frustration is having to do so many chores while on vacation. But this is fairly common. Would stay here again.

Didnt think it was that clean master smelled like dog stayed in there we had eight people ad says sleeps 10 no way no extra blankets except one on couch hot tub cover falling apart pulled up a couch cushion filthy underneath cleaners might want to check and clean overall whole place seemed a little sticky
