New Home close to Beach, Bike Path, and Sleeps 10! ☀️

This home was the BEST vrbo I have ever stayed in. Never seen a more clean and fully sufficient stocked kitchen. Tim was a phenomenal host and quick to respond to any questions.I would give Tim 3 10 stars if possible!We have stayed in over 20 VRBO and this surpassed any of my expectations.

We loved our stay at this beautiful home. It was perfect for our family of 6. It was very clean and comfortable and in a beautiful little neighborhood. We loved sitting out on the back porch It was close to the Falmouth ferry which was great for our day excursion to Martha’s Vinyard. It was within a few miles of several beaches. On our last night we watched a beautiful sunset on one of the beaches. This house was perfect for our four night stay on the cape.

This was a beautiful property in the best location. My friends and I had the best time and will be rebooking soon!

The house was extremely clean and spacious. Plenty of room for three adult couples. The neighborhood was peaceful and property was in a very convenient location. Only request would be for window shades / coverings and some artwork or wall coverings.

What a great place for the price in the off season. We loved this place and will be back.

Perfect for a family of 5! Well equipped and great location.

This is an amazing property. First, West Falmouth and this location have the quaintness factor and are so close to so many beaches. The little ones particularly liked Wood Neck and Chappy. The sunsets at Chappy are so memorable. The house provided comfortable temperatures, a brand new interior, exceptional kitchen appliances and layout, and plenty of space for the family. The sumptuous master suite upstairs with ensuite bath is a retreat unto itself. The house has such a spacious and comfortable feeling. The nice little yard and deck in the back are great in the morning and after swimming. The kids loved playing games on the front lawn. I particularly appreciated the wonderful bathrooms throughout as they were so new and clean and well laid out. There were plenty of linens and towels so no need for constant washes. I can't say enough about Tim's responsiveness. I never had to wait for a response and in fact he was very proactive. We hope to return next year as this house and Falmouth are a real find.

Brand new home, spacious and clean. A few things were annoying: Streaming TV, we have cable, need some additional kitchen items, curtains missing lacks privacy and neighbors headlights come right into living room, nuisance stuff but overall great place to stay.

The house is very easy to be comfortable, very organized, clean and convenient to everything in Falmouth! Defo recommend and management is great and nice neighborhood

Our family had a great time staying at this home. There were four adults and three young children in our group. Plenty of space for everyone, with communal areas to eat and visit together but enough space that it never felt crowded. We were on vacation for over a week and really took advantage of the expansive kitchen and outdoor grill. Tim was great to work with and offered a lot of helpful advice. The neighborhood was ideal - quiet, but not far from restaurants or beaches. We will be back!

Beautiful house, great neighborhood, great location.

This offer was handled by an unprofessional Property Manager. Contract was signed in January. We have 2 small dogs. We were asked to remove them. We did and then his appointed rep took his shirt off and proceeded to remove our belongings. The pm was verbally confrontational on the phone and with my family. We were in town for a wedding for our daughter. We are a family of 10. Most inconvenient. Please note the owner has chosen to not install any anywhere vertically leaving the house an echo chamber. Please note no damage in this home before or after we left. Deck screws however littered the property which my 1 year grand daughter located while crawling on the deck. Home needs to improve on details and professionalism. Otherwise a grand home! When I bent over to pick up the screws I didn’t realize they were for me!

This home was perfect for our group. We were able to bring together 3 Brothers and their parents at a great location. We were able to reconnect in a special way, several family members had not seen each other in years, new ones were introduced. We attended my oldest grandson's HS graduation. My oldest son lives in Falmouth, and we have visited his family in the in the past. We were able to reunite my son and family from Southern California, my son and fiancé from Corvallis OR and my wife and I from Sparks Nevada. Plenty of room in the home, 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, outdoor space to sit in groups, indoor space for meals together and a central living room with 85 tv that we rarely turned on as we were having fun with games and interacting together. Great meal preparation area and BBQ, which we utilized every night instead of going to restaurants. Laundry facility helped us from running out of clothes and we always had clean towels. Great time was had by all, would definitely stay here again (3 years until next HS graduation).
