New home at Popham Beach

Beautiful location, excellent layout of space so everyone has their own, loved the porch

Beautiful & comfortable home in clean and well maintained private community. Very close to one of the most peaceful - beautiful beaches in Maine. Comfortable beds - great open living area. Kitchen had everything one needs.

This was a very comfortable home to stay in. I appreciated the nice cotton sheets and comforters. It could have used more hand towels and a colander in the kitchen. Other than that it was wonderful!

We rented this property for the week of Thanksgiving to celebrate our daughter’s 16th birthday and have a family Thanksgiving meal together. What a lovely week we had! Even the rainy days were nice. The house is comfortable and in such a great location. Beautiful views out of all the windows.

My wife, myself and another couple wanted to explore the coast of Maine and have a nice retreat as we finished each day. This could not have been a more perfect home to do so. Our friends were coming from Colorado and we had to adjust the dates and the owner could not have been more accommodating. The home itself was warm and bright and the view from all the rooms was amazing! We loved starting and ending each day here. We would urge everyone to go down to the Popham Fort and enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine at the picnic table. It was a wonderful highlight! We certainly recommend this home!

Our stay in this beautiful home did not disappoint! Waking to the ocean, listening to the waves as you drift off to sleep, the beach literally steps from your door....it was the most relaxing week!! The house itself is wonderful. The open concept living area made for great family time & dinners and the spacious bedrooms gave everyone their own me time. I think we walked about 30 miles, exploring the islands at low tide, hunting for sand dollars and exploring the fort on flare night was magical!! Hope to be back!!

Gorgeous location, room to spread out, beach-walkers paradise!

Wonderful way to decompress and walk the sandy beaches at Popham. The property, the views, our host, and all details were great!

The house is exceptionally, clean, modern, spacious but cozy. Lots of room for more than 6 people. Kitchen especially well-stocked even for full Thanksgiving dinner; meat thermometer and all!. I have rented a lot of places in the last 2 years, but this was the nicest! The weather was warm enough on Thanksgiving day for a prolonged walk on the beach. Just wonderful! Highly recommend it!

The house was wonderful: new, clean, open, spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The second, and main floor, features an open floor plan -- kitchen, dining room, and living -- with windows looking out on the ocean lining the wall. There were 7 of us -- me, my wife, 2 older kids and niece, her husband, and 10-year-old -- and it never felt even remotely cramped. The bedrooms upstairs all had great water views, and there was, in fact, a deck that came off the hallway. The master bedroom was an incredible oasis. Downstairs there was a home office with a TV and desk; the WiFi was great so I managed to get a little work done in the mornings and my grand nephew loved going down there to draw and watch his cartoons in the evening. The location was fantastic, a quick two-minute walk to the beach (especially great for early morning walks when we often had the whole beach to ourselves). This is truly a special place and Deb was a first-rate, responsive host. Frankly it felt rewarding just to be there.

Eight of us stayed at this property for a wedding at Popham in September of 2022. Not only is this house perfectly located to the beach, but it's incredibly comfortable. The third floor bedroom with beach views and adjoining bath is a true sanctuary! The second floor balcony is the perfect spot to read and watch the sunrise. If I had one complaint, it was that we didnt stay longer!
