NEW! Heart of Downtown: The Hill Oasis

The location is ideal. We could walk to restaurants and shops easily. We were pleased with the cleanliness and how well stocked the kitchen was. The porch was nice for afternoon sitting. It is a very quiet neighborhood.

Super clean and neat, quiet neighborhood, newer looking Having everyone with their own bathroom was definitely a plus. Owner had lots of helpful information and I would be glad to come back and stay here again. Coffee bar was a plus!

What a gem. Walkable to downtown, very cute inside and a secure yard for dogs. We would stay here again.

Great little home for a quick trip to GJ. Easy parking. I need to read the description better though! I didn’t realize the 4th bedroom was in the basement with access only from the outside. It does say that, but I missed it! Buy more ceramic coffee mugs. The glass ones are easy to miss.

The home was so beautiful and cozy. All appliance and amenities were top notch and new. Beds were comfortable. Several nice small touches. Truly felt like we were being welcomed as guests in the home. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

We mainly used the home to sleep and shower. We did not use the basement apartment. The home is very nicely renovated. It has a beautiful sun room. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Location was close to shopping and places to eat. We would stay there again.

We loved that there was a separate basement room with kitchen and bathroom for extra people. Very close to downtown and very cozy house.

The cottage was impeccably clean and lived up to our expectations. We didn't utilize the basement apartment, as the first floor was perfectly comfortable and spacious.

This was a great place to stay. It looks to have been recently renovated with very nice finishes. Everything was clean and well organized. We did not use the lower level but it looked to be a nice space also.

The location was perfect for our weekend plans. With 8 people staying there, having four bathrooms was was a plus. Communicating with owner was fast and efficient. We would dedicate rent again.

This house was a great size for our group of 7 adults and 1 toddler! Had everything we needed (brought our own pack and play for the toddler though) and the host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The beds were comfy and everything was clean when we got there. Plenty of parking and a nice, quiet neighborhood in a great location too. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great visit! The home is cozy and has plenty of space. Nice location with walking distance to cute shops and restaurants in downtown area. The host was very helpful and responsive.

Traveling to visit 12 national parks in 3 weeks with family of 7. This house was perfect for a quick stop between Utah and Colorado. It was very clean and nicely decorated.

Beautiful home, convenient location, spacious and comfortable. The only downside is the basement is musty smelling, but luckily we didn’t need to use it. Would definitely stay here again!

Great house in a great location with a perfect yard for our dog. Close to CMU campus which was needed. Also close to almost anything else you could have wanted, including downtown, Colorado National Monument, and a grocery store. Our family of four were also able to have a lovely Easter dinner with the amenities provided by the host.

Beautiful, clean, well-appointed home. Ample parking in back for our two vehicles (one was a Ford 250). Great location close to everything in Grand Junction! Very receptive host; easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.

We had everything we needed at this modern house. Our family stayed to celebrate our daughter’s graduation. The downstairs apartment was great for the young people! It was so nice to have it decorated for Christmas. Great touches throughout.

The Hill Oasis is an incredible property with the most thoughtful owners. Fully remodeled, all the amenities, and wonderful little touches that make it feel like a home away from home. We loved our stay and would book again in a heartbeat.

Great location for our purposes. I would definitely stay here again, hands-down. More comfortable than a hotel for sure. Came into town for the tour of the moon bike ride. Stayed with our family that also came in from out of town and a service dog. Property was very clean. Every bedroom has his own bathroom. We enjoyed being able to walk to the old downtown for restaurants, etc. Nice and closed backyard. Neighborhood isn’t the best, but it was safe and the property is clean.

This home has been updated and is wonderful! The finishes are top notch, I can’t think of a thing I’d change. The beds are comfortable and all of the towels are very soft. I appreciated the black washcloths for makeup removal. The kitchen is well suited with everything we needed. We stayed only two nights but all agreed that we would rent this home again in a heartbeat!

My husband and both our parents stayed here for one night while we went to a concert. The property was spacious, clean, and absolutely beautiful! We will definitely stay here again next time we stay in Grand Junction.

The house was very nicely remodeled, spotlessly clean. The kids,age 3 and 4, were pleased with the kids bedroom with table and chairs, toys, trundle bed. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, one with a clawfoot tub, We appreciate that pets were welcomed and that the yard was fenced in.

Great house… highly recommend!
